This washer has very large capacity for heavy loads since it does not have the central agitator. I like that the washer senses the size of the load prior to starting so that it uses the right amount of water to wash. The LED touch panel is a nice feature that allows me to control temperature, soil level, etc. The only thing that might be a bother to other consumers is the locking feature once the washer starts, but it doesn't bother me. I bought it during the year-end sale and saved a good bit of money, so I'm overall very happy with this purchase!

I have had no trouble thus far washing my king size comforters. Or large loads of bath towels and sheets. But also I wanted a washer that could do both extra large loads and very small loads. And this washer has no trouble doing both with no trouble at all.

I am very happy with is product I bought for my sons first apartment. very easy to use. It is quite. Love the drum being big enough for comforter.

Replaced a re-called top loader and am glad we did. Quiet and efficient. Very to use and several useful cycles you won't find on other machines.

I am delighted with my new washing machine, and am completely satisfied! It delivers on all aspects; great capacity, silent no noise at all, very easy to operate, steady and solid during the extra spin cycle ( my old machine traveled across the basement floor ugh! ) and numerous washing options to select. My on line shopping experience was hassle free and I would recommend the convenience. I was hesitant to make such an expensive purchase on line without seeing the actual product, but everything turned out great. The delivery guys were exceptional and answered all my operating questions. The entire experience from Best Buy from surfing their website to delivery was perfect!

Overall it's a good washer. It has to be level and calibrated from the start. After that it's easy. Over all I would recommend this product.

Good washer, very efficient and cleans well. Takes getting used to, how it weighs and arranges the clothes. At first I would keep checking it, to make sure everything got wet. Does a really good job of getting the water wrung out, reducing dryer time.

I ventured out on the search for a new washer and dryer completely planning to purchase front loaders. After a few friends and family gave me some not-so-stellar feedback on theirs, I widened my search. I started using this washer within an hour of installation. The capacity is outstanding! I found the controls easy to navigate without having to read the instructions. The performance is great as well! So glad I opted for this top-load instead.

Love the washer, still a few kinks I need to have someone come figure out, glad I purchased the warranty, delivery time was long , but it was during tax time, delivery guys were quick and nice, the ease of purchase was good, thank you

I Love this washing machine. It cleans clothes better than any washing machine I have owned. I am using less laundry detergent and rinse for the rinse cycle. Another great Samsung product sold by Best Buy. Again, the customer service was excellent.

We were looking for a good value washing machine and found one with this product. Set up was quick and easy. It has a pretty large load capacity too which is important for my family of 5.

I didn't need a new washer, but one of our children did so my wife gave ours away. It was a few years old but worked. If I knew how much more efficient I would have gotten this one sooner. Much more water saving than the old one, and quieter.

Can clean large loads at once and is price well for all the features you get. It's also smaller in size then the standard units out there but not by much

I love this washer. My clothes have never been cleaner. The drying time has been cut tremendously since it weights the amount of clothes you put in and only uses the amount of water necessary. In turn I am saving money on utilities and time.

I am very happy with the Samsung washer. It is quiet, efficient and priced right. Plus, the Best Buy delivery guys were super nice and they did a great job of installing the washer.

Easy to use, my entire family likes it. Even the dog likes the sound it makes when turned on and when ending the cycle - turning off. I like its functionality in terms of selecting various options. I like the sleek look.

Does a great job cleaning and hold so much more than old washer, but spin cycle is incredibly noisy. Not sure why, going to call manufacturer to see if this is normal
