I got this washer for my mom after she renovated her house and replaced her old machine. Expect for the fact that the machine is ultra quiet it is not better than the old washer she had since the 90s. It uses a lot less water but too little. Simple fact clothes were not cleaned. There should be an option where you can add more water. It was simply too little water to soak all the clothes and clean it properly.

Very nice washer. Doesn't have all the new fancy stuff being offered out there, but the washer looks and performs like a champ. Plenty of room for my king comforter. Only has 9 cycles which is more than enough. Very nice machine.

I still preferred the older models. It takes longer to wash a load. The best part is that it extremely quiet & reasonably priced.

It literally has all the bells and whistles. It sings to you when a load is complete. Gets my clothes cleaner than clean, and they always come out smelling amazing. The self-cleaning feature works great.

Got this washer for my parents for Christmas, since their previous one was 20 years old and needed to use pliers to turn the knob (that didn't exist). Large capacity so it can do bigger blankets too. They love it!

Did a lot of appliance researching before settling on the purchase of the se items ! Liked looks and ease of operation and the delivery and set-up was fast and no problems !

Overall very good washer for a top loader. Has a energy conservation cycle which saves me money. In addition I got this for an excellent price so I can't complain.

I absolutely love this washer! No complaints. It adjusts your water usage and time remaining based on your load size. Very efficient!

This washer is great! It's large enough for King size bedding and had just the right amount of options for me. I like all the preset choices plus being able to make my own.

Have no complaints about this washer. It's quiet, efficient, and really gets my clothes clean. it does such a good job spinning out the water, clothes come out practically dry. I enjoy all of its different setting options. The salesman gave me a great tip when loading my washer to stack everything along the sides and leave a hole in the middle. This allows for everything to properly soak once it falls during the spinning. Great tip and great machine. Happy with my purchase

Did a lot of research on this as all major purchases. Downloaded and studied the manual from Samsung before purchasing. Overall the washer performs well, but not every water temperature is available in all wash cycles (which is not what is described in manual). The only way to achieve hot water is with the heavy duty cycle. So for other cycles I am not 100% sure what water temperature is being used. Maybe this washer is a little too smart for its own good. It also makes a lot of chimes etc. as the washer goes through the cycle. I would prefer an option to turn off the sound.

Very pleased, easy to use with great cleaning results. Love the soap and fabric softener dispenser, also like the glass top. Large capacity, able to do one load of laundry as opposed to 2 loads in my old washer.

I'm so glad I decided to purchase this washer because it is absolutely magnificent and I could not be any happier with it. -little noise -energy efficient -clothes come out practically dry -multiple options and adjustments even has a pause feature in which you can add last minute socks -cleans your clothes and includes extra cycles for badly stained clothing Worth the price.

Great washer for the price! Drys a king size comforter easily. Enough settings for what we need it for. The chimes are a little annoying, but I'll take it for the washer getting the job done. Worth the price tag!

This washer is extremely durable and HUGE!! Can fit a queen size comforter with room to spare. Love the glass door top so you can watch the washer in motion. Has self locking door when in motion, great feature!

We needed a top load washer for the small space and the large capacity means fewer loads. Very pleased with this purchase.

Had a front loader and happy I bought a HE top loader, clothes smell clean and no more mold issues.

Got this washer during the Thanksgiving weekend sale. Saved about $150 on it. It's fully digital and a little intimidating at first. So far so good. Just set everything to 'normal' and I'm already getting the minimum capabilities of my old washer. One thing this machine does automatically that I'm still a little worried though is the amount of water it will use based on the weight of the load. The very first time I used it was it didn't put in enough water so I had to switch the machine off and restart, which flushed out all the water and the detergent that I initially put in. But since then it never had that issue. (It's because of this that I hadn't rated it with a 5 star).

So glad that i made this purchase. I have had for about a year now and have had no issues. Love how it play at little song at the end to let you know it's finished. It is also very quiet and has many options.
