Definitely one of the best purchaes I've made. Having a large family and tons of laundry this handles the large loads with no problems.

We've had this washer for about a month now and really couldn't be happier with it. Our family of 4 runs ALOT of BIG loads and so far this thing has taken care of all of it. AND everything comes out CLEAN! I just ran the self clean feature last night, on the first attempt it gave an error code and after looking it up and not figuring anything out, I simply shut it off and restarted the self clean and everything worked great.

This washer does the job!! I am very happy with the wash cycles. With 5 kids, we wash a ton of clothes. This machine keeps up nicely and doesn't make anywhere near as much noise as our old machine. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that its pretty tall, so if you are a short person like me, you will need a step stool to get all the clothes out!

I have to say, Im rarely impressed with appliances- its an appliance right? I LOVE, Love, LOVE this washer- I love the big drum and how much wash it holds.I read the reviews- they are right, its DEEP! Im 5"8" and I need to reach in! Blankets are not an issue in this washer. The loads spin out so the dryer spends less time drying. It has so many wash options. It has a great place for detergents. This washer was on sale- so I also got a great deal with 18 month no finance. For balance, I've washed rugs and sometimes there is a bit of dirt still in the washer- and it doesn't add as much water as I'd like, but overall it gets a big approval.

In use for about a month. Appears to clean clothes very well, but moving from a standard washer I've noticed some significant differences. Wash cycles on this HE machine take noticeably longer than those on the standard washer this replaced (estimate: 20% to up to 200% longer depending on cycle ...). Lid locking mechanism of machine (probably for child safety) is annoying when one wants to add clothes to a cycle in progress. Yes, you can pause the cycle and add clothes up to a certain point in the cycle; but there are disadvantages to this versus just lifting the lid and adding clothes to a cycle in progress. With caveats I would still recommend washer at this point.

This is an awesome washer. Adjust the water level automatically. Huge tub. Can wash about anything!

Overall, it was a great purchase for only $500 ish. Pretty quite and user-interface friendly.

i've had for a little over a month and haven't had any problems. everything works as described and product is real easy to use. deliver guys were on time and had set up in minutes.

I really do enjoy the washer "singing" to me everytime my laundry gets done, and if perhaps I do get annoyed with it, it's so easy to turn off. It's quite, fast and gets my clothes clean.

The washer is huge, as well as easy to load and start. Do not expect much in terms of install though. Plan on doing it yourself. That said, many easy options for washing cycles.

So I had a washer that lasted only eight years! I was a bit upset because that was the second washer in my home within a ten year period. This time I purchased a Maytag Bravo and was extremely disappointed. The worst buy ever. Upon doing additional research I found this washer and read some reviews. Ironically, my mom went into BestBuy add set me the some information on it and I was sold! Bottom line, it washes great and your clothes come out smelling fresh. Believe me with some of the others washers on the market this cannot be taken for granted! Only negative some of the cycles are really long but it's a give and take!

I like the washer but the bottom of the tub is a long ways down...which I knew before I bought it but still wanted the larger tub. The woes of a short lady.

Very happy with our new Samsung Washing Machine - it works very well, is very quiet, and does a very good job with the laundry!!

We looked at a lot of units but the glass top and electronics set this apart for the money. An impressive machine for the price, easy to operate with a lot of features.

So far so good with washer, seems to clean well and I'm told a very popular model.
