Easy to use. My last washer was a Kenmore and lasted 10 yrs, hope this washer last longer.

I've had the set now for over a month and I love it!! It's very quiet when operating and sings a little tune when it's done!

Love that there isn't that pole that sticks up in center. I can put a lot more in there. And it does a great job cleaning. Takes a little longer though.

Have used this almost every day and it has been better than advertised. Installation service from Best Buy was excellent!

I have found that I have a love/hate relationship with this washer. I love the efficiency and it washes my normal everyday clothing just fine. I do how ever have a problem with washing my boyfriends work clothes. He's a drywall finisher, even with the hot water setting, the presoak, heavy soil setting and an extra rinse and spin I still find the clothes are filled with drywall particles. Which if I put in the dryer afterwards cakes the dryer lint trap and inside the lint trap with drywall dust. I don;t blame the Samsung Brand, I think it's truly because it's HE. I have tried putting less clothing in, 1 pair of jeans and 2 sweat shirts for example and it comes out with same result. I have even put them through all the same cycles again and still have drywall dust particles in the bottom of my washer and through out the clothing. For now I guess I'm just going to keep trying to figure it out, I have no choice really as my 30 satisfaction return option got messed up because it was delivered 30 days after I bought it and took us 2 weeks to get the right parts for hooking it up, Best Buy refused to hook it up because we didn't buy hoses and cords from them. We were under the impression that they just had to be new for them to hook them up upon delivery.

This was the first time I had purchased a washer with no center agitator, but have found this one to do a great job cleaning the clothes and on a very small amount of water. It is very quiet and has easy to use controls. Mine was an open box item, but even then had only a couple of scratches and was well worth the money!

Been great washer so far. Highly recommended. The set up was quick and easy. Very quiet machine with very large loads. My wife loves it. Saves money with less loads.

I purchased this washer with the matching dryer combo. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The washer gets our cloths clean, it's quite and efficient.

Great features and easy to use. Had to level several times to get it just right. Large capacity but does better with smaller to medium loads.

The washer is easy to use. I like the different settings which allows me to customize my wash. Love the musical tones to announce it has finished the cycle.

I love this washer! It has a deep and wide load. I can put a lot of clothes in it. I can laundry all of our clothes in 1 load. In short 1 load a week. yay!!!

This is a great washer. It fits large loads including my comforter with no issues.
