Almost always have to redistribute clothes prior to spin cycle in order to get it to run. Great idea with the balance sensor but poor execution in practice. I would bet Samsung will do away with this feature if it hasn’t done so already.

Doesn’t wash heavy quilts.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My daughters both have heavy quilts that are toddler sized and when I washed them the machine got unbalanced and I tried multiple times to get it to rinse but it kept on getting unbalanced. I had to remove the quilts all wet and put them in my old washing machine. For other items it works ok. Nothing really special.
