I really wanted a front-load washer, but this was a great buy - $220 of the regular price! This is a great, high-capacity, high-efficiency washer. The Vibration Reduction Technology works very well, making this washer as quiet as my former front-loader. I cannot recommend this washer more highly.

We sold our house and moved to another house. We had to leave the washer behind as part of the sale. The wife really like it so we got another one for the new house. Lots of cleaning options and cleans very well. Not specific to this model but I like the fact it has no agitator bar.

This washer holds a lot of clothing. It is Also quite.

This washer looks good and is durable. I love the open lid and ability to see how much time is left for the cycle.

The first comment is about the delivery drivers. They called prior to arrival and helped me with putting my old washer in the garage. Whatever you are paying them,they deserve a raise. My wife and daughter are both very happy. It also cut my dryer time in half. A nice machine at a fair price.

Old GE Dryer with center agitator was eating the center threads out of the towels; this one doesn't have a center agitator and seems to be doing just a good a job. Keep in mind that it recommends using HE laundry detergent. Family of 4; laundry set aren't running all day because they complete their cycles quicker.

So far so good. Had a Maytag washer previously to this one. After the first wash with this Samsung our clothes seemed cleaner than they ever have been. The only negative thing that I would have to say about this washer is how long it takes to clean the clothes. Other than that no complaints!

The only negative I have about this washing machine is the drawer you put the detergent in on the inside seems not very sturdy but otherwise love this too load machine. We had a front load that got mildew easy and I disliked it. This one has no agitators in it so it fits larger loads and I love it!!!

When shopping for a new washer and dryer I looked alot around being my first set . I was conflicted between many not trying to spend and arm and a leg l. This product has worked perfectly so far no problems being Samsung for 9ver a year now I'd buy again if I had to me and my wife love it!

We have these in most of our rental properties. They are well-built, look great and are easy to operate. Samsung customer service was fantastic in getting things fixed after the recall a while back, so we didn't hesitate to keep buying their products. Definitely recommended!

This brand claims it’s high-efficiency but it actually wastes a bunch of water and electricity. First of all the bleach tray completely rusted out within the first year or two of having it and secondly if you’re not careful the top can fly off during a spin cycle if you have bedding or other similar things. The reason why I say it wastes electricity and water is because it has an extremely difficult time finding a balanced spin cycle. When it can’t balance during a spin it stops and refills the tub with water to even out the load and then tries again and it could do this over and over and over again if it’s not able to find a balanced to spin. I have personally seen mine repeat this cycle at least three times and then I finally gave up. I just bought another washer and I will be so happy to get rid of this piece of garbage.

I love this washer. It is huge. I am forever washing laundry mountain so this washer works well for me. It has so many different settings for whatever load you are doing. It is quiet and the best part about the whole washer is that at the end of the cycle, it will play a little song!!!!

This washer is so amazing. I love that it tells me how long the wash is going to take. I love how easy the control panel choices are. I love the chiming song at the end of the wash cycle. Oh and it has a large tub. So large I can put my King size comforter in it and it washes it so well.

Fair price, works well so far. I would purchase again.

The service at Best Buy was excellent. I needed the washing machine as soon as possible and they delivered.

Good washer with a large drum to load. Enjoying it very much. Hope they relocate the detergent tray. It is too far from the front.

I shopped around for a good month. I even had a binder. This washer is by far the best bang for your buck. I can do HUGE loads, and in half the time of my old washer. What eventually sold me was that it is covered under Geek Squad. They answer RIGHT AWAY and schedule for that day or next.

I have been using this washer for a few months and every thing about it is great. It’s really a joy to use. The only negative thing for me is that I am only 5’ ft 2 inches and I can just barely reach the bottom of the tub to get clothes out. But you can spin the tub around and reach them.
