I cant get over the fact that it dispenses so little water, that sometimes I can still see stains on my laundry. Feels like most clothes dont get enough water. It would be nice if the water level was above wash load with each wash.

The bleach tray rusted pretty bad and easily, but I’ve managed to fix it looking brand new!! My inside drum has holes because I accidentally washed my electrical scissors in there, however it still works!!

I heard a lot about top load washer and thought I will give it a try. It was very difficult to load from washer to dryer coz now you have to bend and get up every time. Plus I keep getting errors. Returned and got back the front load.

pro is the cycles it offers. Con is the load distribution. If mid cycle the machine needs the clothes to be redistributed it will add more time to the cycle. One time it did it 4 times in a row and I ended taking some of it out so it would finish

I would not recommend this washer. I replaced a standard agitator model with this one and it is tempermental. On my old machine you can select your water level, not on this one. The washer always does a self calibration when starting, spins the dry clothes to check for balance. Almost never will it fill with enough water to get a good agitation like the old full agitator model I had. The only solution is to always use the "Deep Water" cycle. As a side note, a normal load with extra rinse takes 81-94 minutes depending on water pressure I guess.

This is a replacement washer from Samsung, the first one did not work well and this one is not better. I recommend to stick to a normal washer brand and leave Samsung for TVs and cellphones.

This machine has some “Querks”.... louder then expected or what I was used to, when washing sheets and blankets it makes a tent, so how does that clean up? Loads easy, like controls, and machine stays clean at least for now.

Little weird compare to to old washer machine, will calibrate how many clothes first then add water to the tub, can't open the washer door when machine running

Samsung has lost my confidence, look at other manufacturers. This washer replaced another Samsung washer I purchased that was recalled. Samsung is just trying to do too much and their lack of focus is showing on a lot of their products.

We use this particular washer machine over a year and them problem and problem and still the answer the parts don/t arrive and wait for the repair men i dont understand g.s personal

I purchased the unit(and the matching dryer along with Geek Squad Protection) and had it delivered in October 2017. As of August 2019, the unit has become inoperable. I contacted GSquad for service of which they could not send someone out until almost two weeks later just to look at the unit. I had to resort to contacting my home warranty company and they sent someone out within 48 hours. Long story short, the unit was finally fixed almost two weeks later(with no help from BB or GSquad). The unit has since gone back out and now my home warranty wants to replace it(of course not providing the full amount that I paid for it) because the parts(specifically the control board is no longer available. The parts have been discontinued for a unit that is less than two years old! I am at my whits end with the product and the poor customer service from BB and GSquad. I find it highly unlikely that I will purchase a Samsung unit again, let alone from Best Buy. I can also assure you that I will NEVER purchase Geek Squad protection again! The agent(supervisors specifically are extremely rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful). Whatever you do don't buy from Best Buy and definitely do NOT purchase Geek Squad protection, the agents find it amusing to hang up in your face. I have since contacted the Better Business Bureau.

Doesn't really clean that well and makes this annoying sound can't be even considered white noise but love that it's top loading it saves my back
