This washing machine does not meet my family's needs. It does not properly wash clothes! Additionally, it stopped working and we needed to have it serviced a few months after we purchased it. Luckily it was under warranty. The short cycle uses the wrong temperature water. If I choose cold, it dumps hot water in. If I choose hot, it dumps cold. The regular cycle uses the correct temperature water. I wish I would have paid more for a Whirlpool.

If you add an item, such as a sheet, and put it on the top, it will go through the entire wash cycle without getting wet. Saves water by not washing the clothes. Novel concept!

We purchased it because of the small space it takes up. It looks good, washes just fine, but it actually very noisy

It seems like a good washer, but I've wasted so much time and water because I've accidentally left the detergent dispenser open, and the washer happily "washes" my laundry with nothing but water. So I go to switch the loads, only to find that I have to re-run the wash cycle instead because Samsung apparently couldn't be bothered to put in a simple sensor to detect if it's open or not. This seemingly minor thing has caused me so much frustration already, so it is major enough to give a bad review.

Love the washer but hate the hardware the turning knob and the open handle went from a silver color to a dingy brown color. It has faded really bad.

Great for any items. Clothing, towels, blankets. However all tho tge washer is very large you cant fill to the top. Water fills about 3/4 of the washer size.

The worst washing machine I’ve ever had , Leaves clothes dirty , never fills up enough water to wash clothes properly, Had for one year and mold buildup, I’ve done so many self-clean cycles with bleach and Tide Machine cleanser nothing works , had machine taken apart to be cleaned and mold starting to buildup again , machine smells

I wanted to love this washing machine. Mother of 3 young boys with a dozen loads of laundry in a average week. Clothing does not get clean. Some performance and black apparel has a dust residue after washing. I was told I was using too much detergent but that is not the case. Doesn’t appear to use enough water or really get the clothes moved around enough to clean them. I am going to return and would not recommend this unit.

This washer was very noisy. I was very disappointed in it.

Loved this upon purchase, but after a year we noticed that it started to have trouble draining correctly/staying balanced.

Works fine unless washing 1 item(a small rug) then is not able to balance load. I had to take it out and then put on spin cycle. Works okay with a full load.

I would like an 'add water' function. It seems like either there doesn't seem to be quite enough water, on normal or in heavy load setting too much water.

Piece of junk. Since purchasing this machine I have had geek squad out 2 times to fix the same issue. I am going to call again for the same issue. The struts on this machine continue to blow for no reason. I am now afraid to even wash the smallest, lightest of items in this machine. When I call geek squad this time I will be demanding that they offer me a refund on this machine so I can go back to Best Buy and purchase a machine that actually works properly. I was told that the LG Toploader that they offer is a much better product than this

Very nice but not up to my expectations. The none agitator washing machines aren't all that. They don't seem to clean as thorough. Just not impressed!

This was a replacement, under warranty, for a previous Samsung model. If not for warranty i would never have brought another Samsung into the house. Customer service (Samsung, not BestBuy) was terrible. Quoted me one amount to be reimbursed and then lowered the amount when replacement selected. Although we were disappointed in the original product breaking down, it was Samsung customer service that really let us down.

I hated this washer returned it before 2 weeks it does not feel uo with water it does not even wash your clothing. It takes over an hour for each load and your clothes are still dirty and when they dry they are stale. I do not recommend this washer to ANYBODY EVER! I had to put one star to be able to post this comment but it doesnt deserve it

I was told in the store this was a qualified energy efficient washing machine and was given a rebate form with PSEG to be refunded forty dollars. After submitting the rebate process was notified this washer does not qualify, and there’s nothing to do about it! This machine appears to use alot of water but clothes don’t seem as clean as Maytag front loader. Upset with Best Buy for false information and no rebate.

This washer does not have both front and rear levelers. It will not install in a basement where the floor is not level. The front levelers only have about 1 1/2 inches rise, none in back. There is no mention of this in the advertising or installation instructions. They delivered it and could not install it because it could not be leveled. I had to go back and get a different brand washer.
