The dryer was never taken off the truck as the electrical cord was defective. Biggest mess as I ordered on line and the store and the 800 number do not talk to each other. It was up to me to call and straighten it all out.

I do not sadly. The only setting that half-way cleans our clothes is the deep wash setting. The other settings don’t properly fill with the correct amount of water leaving you with dirty clothes. Samsung you make GREAT TVs .. Washers .. Not so much .

Customer service on the phone informed us that they have had problems with it and believe it's a design flaw...just what I wanted to hear. The company has of yet not suggested a way to resolve our issues. So we are not really to impressed with the machine or how it's been handled.

The machine started making a terrible racket, I turned it off...it didn't stop!! I UNPLUGGED IT!!! IT DIDN'T STOP...for around 5 MINUTES!! My husband took the video back to Best Buy and they gave us store credit to replace the machine on the spot!! Though the machine was a dud, Best Buy stood by us!! Thank you!!

We returned it and purchased the exact same washer. It leaked also. Takes an hour to wash a small load. Clothes are not all submersed in water. Returned that one and got a completely different one. It is a quiet machine however.

Faulty design means the washer builds up and accumulates mold in it. That then covers your clothes in a bad smell and flakes of mold. Samsung customer support has been non-existent. The tech they sent to our house blamed user error and they're unwilling to stand by the warranty. Very unhappy and would never recommend or buy another Samsung appliance

It was broken after only 3 loads of laundry. I was very upset and it was awful trying to get it taken back. Save yourself some time and just don’t buy it!

I had a geek squad employee to look at it and said yes get a another one. not sure if I always end up with the damaged products or if the product is made in North Korea. either way get something better if you can afford it.
