I did a deep wash 3 times and the i put them in the dryer and dust was still coming off his cloths. By the third deep wash the machine started leaking as well. Other than those issue i like the washing machine

I have been told by several repair people that these washers are garbage. It is true. Mine doesn't work anymore. The good things is I bought the Geek Squad protection plan. The bad thing is I can't wash clothes for my family of 6 for a week because that is how long it takes to use the extended warranty. I am about ready to just buy a new washer and that is exactly how they get you. A week? Seriously? You sell me a garbage washer and then make my family wait a week to get service?

Piece of crap Samsung Washer - Don't buy!

Like other reviewers, a few weeks after the washer was purchased it started leaking at the bottom. Good thing I paid for the extended warranty, so I had someone come out and fix it. Now 3.5 years after I purchased and had this washer installed (6 months after extended warranty ran out) and on Christmas Day, my spin cycle no longer works! I am very disappointed. My replacement machine lasted 17 years (Kenmore) and my dryer (Maytag) is still going strong after 20+ years!

Water level does not cover an average load of clothes unless you select the heavy load cycle - uses a lot of water!!

Several times the washer hasn't unlocked when I paused. I chose COLD and I got hot mixed in. Calling Geek squad!!!
