Have to run heavy duty cycle or extra rinse to get good wash, which defeats the purpose of a HE washer. The model is very sleek and has some nice features, but does not do what it is meant to do well.

It does not get my husbands clothes clean. Sometimes they aren’t even wet. I use twice as much detergent plus dawn dish detergent and still have to wash his jeans twice. What is the point in having a HD large capacity washer if you can only wash 4 pair of jeans at a time? Any more than that and they do not come clean. I am going back to a center agitator washer as soon as I can

I have to wash every load on deep wash with hot or warm water and use the extra rinse cycle to make sure the clothes get rinsed properly. It's supposed to be an energy and water saving HE machine but I use so much more energy and water then my old washing machine that wasn't HE and that one actually cleaned my clothes better.

Unreliable water value

The water valve stopped working and spinning was irregular and wobbling. The manufacturer warranty is 24 months which is a plus but I have to wait and see how the Samsung repair service helps to get it working. I will update the review after hearing from Samsung reair service.

clothes don't come out 100% clean and so noisy

My daughter noticed some of the clothes were not coming out clean -- even with a small load. We now do smaller loads to make sure clothes are clean and it is so noisy that sometimes you can't watch television in our rec room next to our laundry room because the banging is so loud with the spinning. This purchase is less than 2 years -- and I'm ready to just get rid of it.

Uses a ton of water to balance loads. I finally started using quick wash and small loads to make it work slightly better. Can’t wait to get a different washer

It took me a year for them to replace this one I got. Had to fight for them to realize however many parts they’re trying to replace, it’s not working! I don’t recommend. This was such a hassle. Ugh

Broke after a year and a half of light use.

Conveniently right after the warranty expired. Best Buy wouldn't stand by it and neither would Samsung. Repairs cost over half the price of the original washing machine. I do not recommend this product.

Unless you want to always wait 88 minutes for a half load wash under bedding cycle, go with a more dependable brand. I got a whirlpool with a deeo water wash. I love it

The washer would not run or drain water. Today, the same problem occurred, but we're out of the warranty period so we ended up getting a new one. Losing trust for the samsung appliance brand.
