We were limited on our washer and dryer due to size restrictions but this fit the ball. Originally wanted front loafers with app feature but this will suffice for now.

My husband and I had a front loading washing machine for years and it always seemed to leak and spin out of control. I purchased the Samsung top loader and absolutely love it! It holds a crazy amount of laundry and is very user friendly. We have only had it for a few weeks, but no issues so far! And the Best Buy salesman and installers were fantastic!

Did a lot of research before buying a washer and dryer. This had one of the best reviews I found. It has so much room for clothes. If you're under 5'6", you may need a stool to reach all the way in. The fact that it didn't have an agitator made me nervous, but it has not been a problem at all. Not a fan of the sounds it makes, but you can turn the sound off.

Purchased this washer because of the combination of features and reasonable price. Once delivered, the controls were easy to learn and we were up and running. The machine works perfectly and is rather quiet. It is a bit tall, however, so a step-stool is needed to get clothes out of the bottom of the washer - which is not too inconvenient. So far, so good!

I cannot stop looking at the beautiful degign of this washer. It is perfect in every way. I love the fact that is has so many cycles to choose from. I wasent sure if I was going to like a washer that didnt have a typical agitater but I love it. It cleans well and is so quiet. It has a beautiful little song to let you know when it is finished.

Easy to use, quiet and smooth operation and large capacity.

Absolutely love this washer. It fits the load with ease and it is easy to load and unload.... almost. I'm short so it's hard to reach the bottom of the washer but that's what step stools are for. Nonetheless I would recommend to any and all friends.

I love that these fit so great in my apartment but can still get full loads of laundry done without worrying about it being too much.

I love this washing machine! I was unsure about spending this much money on a washer. Up to now, everything we bought had been pre-owned, thrift store variety washers. I am so glad that we decided to buy new and I'm even more happy that we chose this one. It does massive loads and everything gets super clean.

It had been 21 years since I had a new washer, and while it was great our old one had lasted so long, it was time to retire her. I had used a Samsung washer at my Dad's house and thought it was great, so that's what we got. No tangled clothes, can handle huge loads, and it gets our clothes really clean!

We came from a 20 year old whirlpool washer that in the last 6 months sounded like a jet engine while in spin cycle. Our new Samsung, while being significantly more spacious is also so much quieter that it's almost a joy to do wash. Almost. The jingle that signifies the wash is finished, while catchy, does go on a bit too long however.
