Heard mixed reviews about HD machines. So far so good. Clothes always come out clean, and somehow seem to be softer than before (???).

The machine is quiet, versatile in the settings that can be accommodated, and does an excellent job cleaning.

Easy to use washer with lots of features. Delivery and installation was done very professionally by Best Buy.

This top loading washer is easy to use than a front loading one, my only problem with this is that cloths getting wrinkled more than that of the front loading one. This one is more compact and sleek,kind of fee it would be more comfortable for tall people as it would be difficult to pick up cloths from the bottom part.

I love this washing machine. It cleans my clothes so much better than my last washer. No problems so far!!!

It takes some getting used to as it is operates a bit differently than your standard washer, but it seems to be far more efficient.

I hate that you can't adjust the wash time or load size. I know it "weighs" the load to determine the amount of time for wash however that is very inconvenient. I live by myself and just have small loads a few days a week. It doesn't need to wash my work clothes for an hour! Plus, the simplest dirty spots do not come out!! I use a high quality laundry detergent so I know it's the washer.

This thing is huge. We can wash double what we washed before in our side load. The build quality is great.

The staff who helped me choosing the washer and dryer was good the process of purchasing was easy and fast.

Has a large wash basin with no aggitator for easily washing large items, like bedding. Works great so far!

My wife and I purchased this washer during the black Friday specials. It replaced an old workhorse from GE that just plain rusted out. I am amazed at how nice this washer is. The clothes come out very clean, the washer is very quiet and it is very stylish. Well done Best Buy and Samsung.

My 10 yr old Samsung washer finally died and this one picked up right where the other one left off.

The washer is user friendly. It measures the water level n love the lock so children can't open it.
