We moved from a front load to a top load because of the issues with the front loader. This one so far has performed well. It balances the load pretty well, so not too much noise during the spin cycles. Seems to be getting the clothes clean quite well.

I have had this machine for a month. I love it. Big enough to wash 8 pair of jeans in one load. Gets clothes clean. Easy to use control panel. Timer lets you know how long it will take to wash load of clothes. Catchy tune lets you know when wash is done.

Works fine. A little noisier than our prior LG, but does a good job. No complaints!

This product is one of the best products I have purchased. It works excellent and is so easy to use. It can fit a light load to a very heavy load. You can see through the top glass how the machine is washing the clothes. Very easy and love it.

Replaced a Whirlpool Duet front load washer that continued to "eat" clothes and have draining issues when kid's socks would get stuck in the filter. It was less than 5 years old and this new Samsung is 100x better, quieter and just as efficient.

We have loved this washer, and it has done a great job of washing anything we've thrown at it. With two young children, we use the bedding function all the time and have been extremely pleased. My wife has only two complaints: 1) standing at 5'3" tall, when she leans over the front edge of the washer she cannot reach to the bottom and will consistently need to get a stool to retrieve the last of the laundry, and 2) she feels like the detergent drawer does not slide out sufficiently to properly upend a cup of detergent easily - she has to tip it most of the way and then wait for it to all drip in, and she's not sure why it wouldn't just pull out another inch or so to fix this issue. Other than that, we find it exceptionally quiet, easy yet fun enough to use that our 6 year old now does his own laundry on a daily basis, with a sleek, modern appearance which I have to say kind of has us hoping our dryer will bite the dust sooner rather than later so that we can get its matching unit.

I have enjoyed this washing machine. The digital display is nice and user friendly. I read reviews before purchasing and some ppl mentioned Deep Wash cycle leaks. I have not experienced any leaks. The only thing that I do not care for is that you can not control the water level for your loads of laundry, so I just wash everything on Deep Wash, so I can make sure that enough water is in the washing machine to cover the clothes completely.

upgraded from an old Kenmore. The tub is huge and runs quieter than I expected.

We had the front load version, but didn't like the smell. LOVE the top loader!

Our old washer finally became to expensive to fix. This one is very quiet, more gentle on the clothes (no agitator) and uses water very intelligently. Still wish I could make more sense out of all the flashing lights on the panel, though. Eventually, I’ll get it. The clothes are very happy.

So happy with my new washer. It’s a great to be able to do larger loads of clothes now plus it’s really quiet not noisy like my other one was. I also like the sleek look of the clear top lid of the washer. I would definitely recommend this item if you’re looking for a new washer.
