Very nice washer/dryer set. Modern conveniences. easy to use.

Very quiet washer but uses very little or too much water. Haven't figured it out.

I haven't had this washer very long and have only washed 5 or 6 loads but so far, so good. We bought this washer for our Florida condo, putting it in a large closet. It is quiet and has the anti-vibration, which is wonderful being in a condo! I have washed bedding, towels, delicates and permanent press items and all have turned out fine! I love the flexibility in being able to change settings and not having all settings defaulting to manufacturer settings. This is my first top load with no agitator. I have heard that some people have issues with wrinkled clothes (not sure what brands they were using) but I have not had any issues. I wash the majority of my Florida clothes on delicate and they come out less wrinkled than my Ohio front load washer!

My favorite appliance brand is Samsung. I was so going to settle for anything but a Samsung washer. I had a set price in mind and I didn’t want an agitator. I had looked at Lowe’s and home depot they had nothing I liked. I went to Best Buy I had bought a stove there also Samsung brand. So I was going pleased to see they had exactly what I wanted I didn’t even have to order one was in stock. I got to take it home that day. Then I go in two days later to get the warranty and I see that it went down in price and I was able to get the difference. I am very happy with this purchase!!!

Excellent washer for the price, clean attractive appearance

Purchased with matching gas dryer for a small apartment laundry room. Both are surprisingly quiet. This washer does an excellent job getting everything from bedding to clothing clean. Very pleased.

Decent price for the model we got. A sales person in a store that sells this model cautioned us (and they had signs all over their washing machines) that the newest models are quite a bit noisier than many folks were used to with older machines. The insulation just isn't there anymore to make room for bigger tubs in the same sized machines. My wife is happy to report that the new machine is not noisy at all. The only drawback I see, because of the newest technology, wash cycles are twice as long as they used to be. Other than the wash times, we think we made an excellent purchase, and got a pretty good deal for the money we paid.

After 25 years of service, my Kenmore bit the dust. Many things have changed since my last purchase. I was interested in getting green equipment, but ruled out a front loader because the doors only open right to left. Because my dryer must be located to the left of the washer, it meant that I, at 75 years, would commit to bending over, manipulating wet laundry and lift it around or over a dryer door. It didn't seem like a good plan. This top loader is highly rated for efficiency and performance. It is deep, but not impossible for a short person to reach items on the bottom. Six loads of wash later, I am very satisfied with this machine. The Best Buy sales experience, delivery time, installation information and demo were excellent.
