It is much quicker and spins out the clothes better than past washers. Clean well with any size load. Seems much quieter as well.

My wife loves this washer. Needed a top loader due to space considerations and this is it. Agitator-less washing was an added plus.

I love this washer. It's easy to understand and operate. It is also quiet and no more guessing as to when the wash will be done, as there is a timer on the washer.

Lots of room; enough for a queen size comforter. Quiet. Works well. Takes longer to wash the same size/types of loads my old one did but it's doing the job.

This is a great washing machine - used for one of our rental units. Good mix of cost effectiveness and wash options for tenants. We have had a good experience with Samsung W/D products in the past and will keep purchasing them going forward.

This washer is so simple and I love that there is no agitator piece which gives room for larger items like blankets and quilts.

I had never bought anything from Best Buy but from start to finish this was a great buy. Samsung makes a wonderful washer and dryer. Salesman was so nice and helpful and Jose that did installation was quick, friendly and efficient.

Washer is quiet and cleans very well. Only negative thing I would say is if you are short (I'm 5'2"), you will have issues reaching the bottom of the washer.

I recently purchased this washer during black Friday sales. We have had an LG front load washer for a long time and it has been a good washer, but we have really gotten sick of the smell a front load washer has. We love this washer because it still has the capacity to fit large loads as we have a family of 5 and the laundry never seems to be done. I saved quite a bit of money because of Best Buy's competitive prices and incentives. But it was their customer service that made the difference for me.

We previously purchased this washer for our last residence and had to buy it again for our new home! The appliance has not had any issues and we find the settings to be plentiful and our clothes get extremely clean! No complaints!

The washer is very quiet and does excellent job on clothes. The delivery people were also very knowledgible and efficient.

I would definitely recommend this to a friend...Just be mindful of the amount of clothes you put in .. I purchase this 2018 the beginning of 2021 my machine start acting up(I believe because it was over load) it looks brand new like I just purchased it ..it still power on and everything I will be getting this issue resolve soon .. before all that it works GREAT ..and the end of each wash it have a nice sound to reminds you the wash is complete..which I find cute

Highly recommend Has big laundry capacity and super quiet during spin cycle.A good wasing machine overall for the price.Five stars!!
