I purchased this as a replacement due to recall on the previous washer. Same brand different model number. I've only used it for basic washing so I can't give a true evaluation. I haven't tried but one cycle. So far so good.

The machine is fairly quiet and seems to do a good job. I’m not crazy about the detergent drawer being located at the rear of the washer basin. And it seems to need to run the Self Clean cycle more than I expected. Also I bought the machine online and was surprised at how deep the basin is. You need long arms to reach in easily. I’m 5’9” and I barely make it. Longevity is always a lingering question.

The Samsung washer I choose was 4.5 I believe. It's an energy efficient name I trust (Samsung). The company technology has always been a family favorite. This washer was no exception.

Great products from Samsung. The load sensor saves a lot on water and energy use. Dryer is also very efficient. I like the quick wash option for lightly soiled clothes I need to wear.

So after doing my homework on Samsung and price checking all around my area, the good people at Best Buy made my purchase a breeze. Even after going thru a horrible experience with a certain "Home" store, I came back to Best Buy and purchased my dream washer and dryer at a lower, better price with the extended warranty plan and home installation included. Install was completed a few days later and my family and I could not be happier. Thanks!
