The new anti-vibration feature is great and the see through glass allows you to know if something is tangled or off balance!

Needed a new washer - we like Samsung products so we bought this washer even though we read some bad reviews about Samsung appliances (there always will be some) - so far no complaints and it does a great job - really simple to use - the only new thing for us is that you put the detergent in a drawer inside the washer

I'm very happy with this purchase. The settings are great, it performs wonderfully. I read a lot of reviews with people saying you need to add water to the machine. Nonsense. It is energy and water efficient. I suggest you don't stand around waiting for the washer to fill up. Just let it do its thing. It washes everything very well.

Very large tub able to wash KING size comforter and room for bedding. You will not miss the agitator, ir cleans very well. Smart senors determines how much water to use. My daughter recently boght a new washer and was so excited about it and on a recent visit to her house I found out that she bought this EXACT Model!

Perfect price and works great. Got it for my second home and didn’t want anything too fancy but still had great features.

Great washing machine,big capacity drum and silent

This washer works pretty good. The only problem that I encounter is when I put a pillow in there or a large blanket. The spin cycle gets interrupted and it shows as an error. My mom has the same washer, but a newer version, and it does the same thing. Maybe it’s just a coincidence? Other than that it works well.

Great machines with the features and size I need. ... delivery was very late, but it is Christmas time, so maybe busy.

I did quite a bit of research before purchasing a new washer. I researched brands and models of washers...in particular high efficiency, top load washers. There were quite a few negative reviews of Samsung, so I was concerned that I'd regret my choice of a Samsung, however, I have been quite satisfied. It's only been 3 weeks, but it runs very well & cleans clothes well.

This washer is performing well. The test will be in the long term. My last washer was an LG, and was similar, with no agitator, but only lasted 5 yrs, The rotating bottom piece completely sheared off from the drum, which is apparently a problem with LG (no agitator). I got the 5 yr. extended warranty, and we shall see how this one ages.

Some reviews said would “leak” water sometimes I have not had this problem but have only have for a couple of weeks. So far so God’s for us.

Am able to get laundry done in less time and i like the fact that there is a setting for bedding and waterproof stuff

The machine is easy to use and cleans clothes well

Im pretty happy with the washer, it washes good but did notice it’s rusting out a little bit where you put the bleach in. Also with these new washers and dryers the high deficiency seems to last a lot longer to wash clothes! You always have the quick wash settings, but don’t like to use them unless I’m in a rush for laundry to be done.

Easy to use and wash results have been pretty good so far.
