We did a little research and picked this gem! We are so happy with not only h great price, but the fast delivery and install of this washer. It’s quiet and so many great features.

It does have issues with unbalanced loads sometimes but there is a good indicator and its easy to fix. Does not happen too often. I highly recommend it!

1st direct drive motor

Clothes come out clean and the wife couldnt be happier. Have yet to try the setting that causes a overflow as written by other reviewers but all seems in working order.

Still trying to figure out correct settings for towels. Sometimes all works well, but often gets out of balance. Thinking just need to load to the middle and use slow spin, but it will take some trial and error.

Had a LG before and it was a tot waste of time and money would unbalanced all of the time. I have washed everything normal and even a small comforter and no issues.
