Washer seems to be working. It is different than front loader and getting used to it.

Had the same one so I thought I would buy as a gift for my daughter when she move out

bought this along with a samsung dryer. Buyers please be aware and watch what those movers are doing. They dented my door and upon calling bestbuy, they were supposed to return my phone call to resolve this issue but they never did. Also this washer shakes CRAZY when on spinning mode! for the price though... you cant beat it!

Easy to install and running well. Clothes are well spun and dry quickly as a result.

This is our first washing machine in 12 years. How sweet it is. It's also our first washing machine without an agitator. We have not had a balance problem or any other problem for that matter. It is a dream machine.

This washer was the replacement for the recalled washer. Functions very well, as did the recalled version. Cleans well, although cycles seem to take a longer time than expected. I guess it's a function of water and energy efficiency.

This washer and dryer set holds SO MANY CLOTHES. And when you have kids, that's a big deal. They get them clean and dry every time, and they don't use any more electricity or water than our old ones did. Best purchases ever.

I like the push button for start and stop. very happy with this!

This washing machine replaced my expensive front loader, which was a great machine but too fancy with 3 computer boards and features I never used. This machine does everything I need and is quiet and compact.

Have never had as good a washer as the Samsung. My wife really enjoys not having the agitator in the middle of the tub and getting clothes hung up on it. Also, does an excellent job of washing our clothes.

I have had this washing machine about a month and I am very pleased. I like that it measures the correct amount of water. I have found I am able to use less detergent. It is easy to use and actually makes washing clothes enjoyable.

Purchased this washer after talking to a co-worker who had bought it a few months before. So far I absolutely love. I didn't need fancy and it has all the functions I need. Love that it is large enough to wash my comforter.

We replaced an old washing machine and so far are very pleased with the product. Getting rid of the agitator in the middle is a big plus, and this machine minimizes water and energy use. It does its job well.

This is a great washer for the money. I have no complaints.
