I had to get use to it not having the agitator nut I must say, it cleans much better than my previous one. It also runs very quiet which I love.

We've never had cleaner clothes and smaller water bill.

It's easy to use and straight forward. That said, I'm not sure I can tell my clothes wash that much cleaner or faster than my old cheap one.
