This washer is great for larger loads and comes with all the bells and whistles. Best Buy had a great price and delivered it promptly and the employees who delivered it were very friendly.

I’ve had my washer a few months now. It much more modern and lighter than my old one. The washer takes a long time to wash but comes out almost dry when it’s done ! I’m happy with my purchase.

I really like this washer. There's no spindle in the center of the washer like the old fashioned kind, so more clothes can fit in. I like that it plays music when it is done.

My washer is perfect. I love all of the settings it has and the digital screen timer. It also beeps reminders when the load is done to remind me to take it out. It's very quiet when agitating as well!

Its a good washing machine but it does not spin strong enough.

Had this for two years until we sold our house. Worked great! No issues. I’ve seen some bad reviews for Samsung’s non-television products. I do not share that opinion of their washers.

First I purchased the matching dryer and as luck would have it washer broke a week later. The capacity of the washer is fantastic. The washer is efficient and energy efficient.

I purchased this dryer with the companion washer. The dryeris spacious and well built. Dries clothes quicker than my old dryer. I lke the controls and the oppurtunity to have a 5 yr warranty

This is a great top-load washer! We had read several reviews on Samsung washers and decided to go with them and we love it. Easy to use and quick to learn some of the other features that are on it!

Works great. The one caveat I have on this unit is the way that detergent and fabric softener is injected. Most of my previous washing machines have the soap and softener and bleach options all in the front left corner. This unit has ONLY a bleach option there. The detergent and fabric softeners go in a pull-out drawer at the back center of the machine. Don't forget to push it back in, or you'll get no detergent added. And if, like I have multiple times, put the detergent in the bleach tray, nothing will be laundered. Just odd to me that they'd deviate so much from what I've always been used to. Also, be prepared for a good ten second cycle-complete song. I'm sure you can turn it off, but it's a little over the top.

This replaced another brand of top loader that was ten years old. This Samsung top loader is the best ever. It washes much better and uses even less water. Best washing machine we've owned.

Delivery and Setup well coordinated. Deep wash cycle is nice.

First one was defective, kept giving errors on the spin cycle for every load. One the second one now. So far, it's been fine. It did give me one error on the spin cycle but the clothes were unbalanced which I can understand. The other loads have been fine. I do like the features. It has a quick cycle, bedding cycle and has a self cleaning cycle that alerts you when it's due (so mold build up doesn't occur). My front loader did get build up so this is the reason I wanted a top loader.

I read many reviews of two washers I was considering. This one won out and I am glad it did. Not having an agitator has made a world of difference in what I can actually put in the washer.

this is a great washer and dryer set works wonderful and is very silent. and the price was as good as any where we shopped. the delivery was on time and the guys did a great job.
