Washer does everything as advertised . Cleans and washes our clothes better than any washer we have had . Saves on water also as it only uses thw water as needed for the load .

Cleans well....good number of options for operation

The wash time is long, the clothes do get clean though. Very silent and stable, does not move across the floor.

When it came time to upgrade our washing machine we went with this one because of the size. Has a stainless tub that is easy to clean and it washes the clothes well.

My wife loves the quick wash and delay start settings. Operates quietly, highly recommended.

This washing machine is amazing! The settings are easy to figure out and even with heavy loads, everything is always fully washed!

We are a family of 8 so we have a lot of laundry. I hesitated buying this washer because I had heard from friends that they had problems with them getting off balance with every load. I was insured by the sales associate that the manufacturer had improved these types of washers and that if I wasn't satisfied with the product I could return it to the store for full refund or exchange. Needless to say I have been very satisfied with the washer and see no need to return. I love that I can do larger loads than a traditional washer to cut my laundry time in half. We also bought the matching electric dryer and it works great.

Rusting like crazy on the top by the bleach inlet, as well as on the top where the water comes into the washer. I have several Samsung products, and thought this washer would be a good purchase. Total junk. The washer actually ruins our whites due the rusty water dripping into the washer, and it is only 4-5 years old. Totally unacceptable.

This is my first top loading washing machine. So far it’s been great and easy to use and cleans the clothes well with good water efficiency.

This washing machine is very spacious inside. Takes a little getting use to if you user to the old fashion ones.

Purchased along with the dryer, so far it's been great and the install was quick and professional. Like the notification music once the wash cycle is complete!

I really like the fact that it does not have an agitator. There is more space for clothes, and I would think, less chance of rips, snags or buttons coming off.

This is a nice washer. It is quiet. There's a little melody of music that it plays when it's cycle is done. It is a little bit to high for me. I use a stool to get all the clothes out.

I've had this washer for about 2 months now and I find it very easy to use. You do need to use some care when loading heavier objects to ensure the load is balanced.
