This washer is huge. My previous washer had an agitator, this one doesn't. With only one person in the home it now takes 2 weeks to fill the washer.

Simple to use. Adjusts for small to large loads. Allows user to vary water temp, spin level and soil level if you don't want to use preset levels.

I am amazed at how quiet it is and the capacity is phenomenal. I also love the automatic load weight sensor so it add the exact amount of water.

Looking for a washer or dryer takes time and with so many choices, it can be difficult. I decided to go to best buy which made it so easy to compare and buy a washer. I chose this samsung washer because of the price, size and washing options. I also received a check from comed for buying this washer. So far it's great, quiet and I like how it looks next to my old dryer. I'm going back for a matching dryer.

The size is large enough for about 1.5 of my laundry baskets of clothes. The sensor wash works well as it only fills up to the necessary levels. The washer is quiet and washes it well. There is little shake and the soft close lid is great so it does not slam shut.

I've never had a washing machine without an agitator before and I love it! So much room in the basket. Plus, it's so quiet. And the buttons are totally intuitive, making the machine easy to use. I confess, it took me a minute to get used to the little tune the machine plays when the load is complete, but I've grown to like it!

So far we are very pleased with the cleanliness of the cloths and they smell great.. easy to set different settings and loud enough to hear the finished sounds

This washer is the perfect size, not too big or small. No issues fitting the sheets or comforter. Washes great and easy to use.

i like that it has a settings dial that is simple to use..it does not have an agitator post in the tub....but it works well !

I bought this for my first house and it was sold for a great price. It hasn't given me any oribkems and it works wonderfully.

I love how big it is! I have no trouble washing my queen size comforter. And what used to take two loads in my old washer now fits in one. I love that it doesn’t have the agitator in the middle, I feel like it is much gentler on my clothes. It’s quiet and plays a song when it’s done. I honestly love everything about it.

Our old machine decided to stop washing. Hadn't purchased a washer for over 12 years. Was skeptical at first based on the mixed reviews. However, the price, number of wash loads, various cycle choices, and availability weighed heavily on my choice. Have had the washer for over a month, and thus far no problems. My son is now home from college and uses the washer as he did the washer at school - dump and wash. We've taken the washer through many of the available wash cycles and it's worked very well. I especially like the fact I no longer have to send our full/queen comforters out for cleaning. Just take them downstairs! The wash cycles are longer, but the upside is that the basket holds double what my previous washer's basket did. There were many reviews that stated the washer is noisy. Does it make noise, yes. Is it bothersome, no. It also doesn't immerse the clothes in water. Yet, I've not noticed the clothes are less clean than my much older model. The only draw back for me is the height of the washer. I'm 5' and must get on my tippy toes or purchase a step stool to get the clothes that are at the bottom of the basket. Should something go wrong, we have the Best Buy extended warranty. Hopefully, we won't have need to use it.

This washer fits perfectly in my laundry room. It is very quiet and works very well. I got it for a good price. So I am very satisfied.

I was skeptical at first because the product was on sale for $479.99 And I wasn't sure that I was getting a good deal. After a little bit of research I decided to go with it. I worked with a lovely sales rep who recommended this product. I love everything that's Samsung and that's what made me go for it. For the price, it was an awesome choice. Highly recommend this. Works like a charm and washes really good. Takes a huge load if you have lots of laundry.

This washer provides all the features my family needs. There are no children in our household so we don't need heavy duty cleaning. This is large enough for a queen size comforter and does a great job cleaning all our clothes without shredding them. The basin is deeper than our other washers have been so it may be difficult for shorter people to reach the bottom. We like the amusing chimes instead of the annoying beeping signaling the end of wash.

I understand that technology at times can be "enhanced" or degrade when it should actually be much better and mature with time. Certain appliances like refrigerators, washers, and even TVs...well they don't have the longevity like the Old School - older products. This particular washer I read about in reviews. I had to take at least a week to research what I wanted....my budget, but longevity. So I found this at a price around $500. Other older style washers costed similar but this had a digital display for time/trouble codes. It had a tinted see-thru top window. It didn't have the huge annoying roller in the middle of the washer. It's an intelligent washer. Makes a very cool sound when turned on and set to the wash style, desired. If you use the Normal Setting it utilizes water up to 50% of the machine. I like that it automatically offers a high speed spin for the last 10 or so minutes of it's cycle. The size of the machine is larger then the older styled conventional washing machines. When it's done with it's workload, it doesn't buzz...it actually makes a very catchy, yes CUTE music for like 20-30 seconds. Yes it has the impression of the Ice Cream Man, in a way. So I believe with how much water it consumes and the amount of space and the spin it provides, it makes the machine - efficient. The spin is strong enough to ring out your clothes pretty well. Rather than using your dryer for 55-70 mins with old washers....you can use your dryer for 40-50 mins. I did also read about the "deep water cycle" from reviewers and how the users got leaks from the machine from using this wash cycle. I myself, am afraid of trying it. I'll stay basic. If you can get this machine - new for $499..it may be the best money you may have invested in something. (well so far so good) last note, I did get the geek squad protection because ANY washing machine of the present, can possibly die out on you....so no risks being warranty free.....get it. I HOPE this and other reviews help. I've tried to be in detail as best as I can. Thank You Again :)

There is room for everything and the controls are so easy to use. It saves a ton of water and products.

Big washer, holds a king size comforter. A little concerned with the little amount a water used. Had soap residue left on some black clothes, so learned to use the extra rinse cycle & fixed the problem. Takes a little longer to wash, but worth it to not have soap residue. I think this happens with all models that are energy efficient using less water because I have used my sister and sister in laws washing machine that are different brands (LG and Whirlpool) & it happened with their machines too.

This washer is very quiet. It does a great job washing everything! Love that it has a self clean mode.
