This was my third machine delivered by Best Buy and the Samsung actually works and works well! Pleased to finally get something that operates as it should.

After using a washer with the post in the middle it has taken me a while to use one without it. Everything about this washer is different from the ones I've used all my life. However, my clothes come out clean and less wrinkled so that is a plus. Sheets are easier to remove from the machine - not all twisted life before.

Good cleaning, but the quick wash seems only good for lightly soiled clothes. It is a VERY deep tub! Sometimes I have to stand on a stool to get stray socks. The matching dryer has no light inside :-(

Works great, but make sure it's balanced correctly or don't put too much cause I soaked my carpet having to pull stuff out or rearrange to balance..

Awesome washer. This replaced a front loader. Can handle large loads of towels. I love it. You won’t be disappointed. And at the price, you cant beat it.

This is the best washer we have ever had. It does a great job on cleaning clothes.

Product is easy to use and has great features like, plays a melody when washing is complete. Also shuffles clothes around to avoid load becoming unbalanced.

Very quite efficient and self levels . it has never wobbled once and it uses way less water than a normal washer. gets my cloths way cleaner!

We have been using this appliance for just over one month. So far it’s doing it’s job. Will see after 6 months. We did purchase the extended warranty.

This thing is easy to use and does a good job. I especially like the self-cleaning reminder since I'm not great at keeping up with stuff like that.

I purchased this wash machine a few weeks ago. So far so good... very quite, barely know its washing. Living on a farm our clothes get really dirty and the cycles we've used get our clothes clean.

Easy to install, works great! The manual gives excellent installation info, but it's lacking in describing the meaning of all of the panel indicators.

Great standard washer. Has a few bells and whistles but not best of best or worst of worst. Does a great job cleaning clothes. No maintenance issues.

Washes really good nothing to fancy doesn't have any wifi connection it's basic I prefer it to be basic because don't have to worry about it braking.

This machine is not only totally awesome at washing clothes, it is just plain cool! I can’t believe that I actually look forward to doing the laundry each week!

So far the machine has proven to be a great purchase. It runs quietly. I like that it has a short cycle option. So many of the machines I viewed did not.

For a beginner @62 yrs old it was awesome to totally understand new technology! The ease of laundry was so welcomed! Thank you BestBuy and Samsung!

We owened one of the recall washers and decided to buy another Samsung product because we loved the one we had. This washer has exceeded our expectations and beyond.

I purchased washer and dryer in set. It fits perfect to my washing room. This washer is very quiet. It does not shake nor make loud noise at the end of the cycle.

This washer is incredibly easy to use. The features are all easy to understand and selecting a wash cycle is literally just a push of a button
