Our front loader went out as soon as we got custody of my three stepsons. We went with the top loader because it was bigger. It has been awesome!

Able to wash a good load of laundry, I like the fact that the agitation produces a good amount of suds. Very nice unit for the price.

This is a great washer. It doesn't have every bell and whistle but still has nice features that older washers didnt have, such as the ability to time a load to start later. I love this feature because I can load the washer in the morning and have it finish just before I get home from work, this way the clothes don't sit all day wet, but I also dont waste time during the day. Because it is a HE washer I would say it takes a little longer on some loads as it tries to not use too much water.

Wash’s great and clothes come out fresh smelling. I think it washes better that the front load Samsung we have at our other home.

I love my washing machine I can put a big load in but it’s so funny I’m short sometimes I feel like I’m going to fall in.

Purchased replacement washer for recalled Samsung Washer. Similar to previous model. No issues thus far. Quiet and has some additional cycles compared to previous one.

We’ve had the washing machine for about a month now. I was hesitant to get one without an agitator since that is what I’ve always had. I felt it got the clothes cleaner. This machine doesn’t have the agitator and I believe my clothes are cleaner than they were before. The digital panel is easy to use and it has many choices for all the different loads of laundry I do. I plan on purchasing the matching dryer in the near future. Very happy with this product!

Had a front loader and could not keep it clean. This machine has a self clean cycle which I love. My clothes are cleaner now.

Smooth to use and gets clothes clean. I enjoy the way it dispenses detergent and softener into the wash cycle.

Very roomy. So much so that it’s difficult for me to reach the clothes in the bottom. Works well and has a nice jingle to signal that load is complete

We have cut our laundry day down to 4 or 5 loads instead of 10+ we wash bigger loads only washing one time and done.

This is to rate Samsung top loader. We purchased 2014 and it has rusted and spurs out stains on iur clothes. I am so disappointed in Samsung. I have called and called no help with this problem. We were told that the expense would be on us.
