Washer works great. Cycles are long but clothes are clean.

We bought the washer on sale at a great price. No complaints yet. It is quite energy efficient, havent notice too much a difference in our bill. Has many options for different washes. We love the modern style look, fits right in to our new home. Samsung has a great product would recommend.

Washer is good with getting clothes clean and very quiet

I purchased this washer and dryer set to replace a front load. Love the top load and I also like the fact that it knows how big of a load you have to conserve water. The normal cycle does take an hour which seems long if you have a small load but clothes come out clean.

I purchased the matching dryer with this washer and have been very pleased with both so far! The controls are user friendly and has enough configurations that should assist most needs. I really liked the price point of this set and have read many good reviews about them as well!

I purchased this during a recent sale because I had just purchased a new home and has to replace my stacked laundry center. I love the rate that it's not super loud and that I have the options to pause and add items If I need to without having to reset the cycle

Well this is it!! The washer takes a long time washing in comparison to the old fashioned washer however it washes the clothes slowly but definitely deeply! All comes out super clean! This washer does not mistreat your clothes either. No more clothes color fading! I love it!!

Purchased a similar 4.2 Cubic Foot Samsung Model Washer in 2012. Never had an issue. Gave to a family member and up-sized to the 4.5 Cubic Foot Model. I expect the same experience over the next six years. I did purchase the warranty for both washing machines. You never know.

I would have given 5 stars but this washer is hard to get your clothes out of when load is done I have to practically dive in!! Also noticed an odor I was shocked I did not think this happened to top loaders. Overall I love this machine though I used Afresh in it to get odor out and now it’s perfect !

This is one of the best buys I made in years. I love this machine. It's quite and does well. I read all the reviews before I purchased and was a little leary because I didn't want the problem of leakage most people were running into. I have no leakage and the machine runs great.

I love my new new Samsung washer. The glass top allows me to see the washing activity, the pause button helps me to stop if needed to add or change the clothing, extra rinse button, deep wash, rinse and rinse spin cycles are added pluses, and much more.

Would definitely recommend to purchase this item. Item is great, only issue that was had, was the installers were clueless, and the product that you are forced to purchase along with it, didn't work so the installers had to go purchase required parts from home depot.

I purchased this washer almost 2 months ago and I love it. Very spacious and energy efficient. The only thing is I wish I could change the time settings to wash a load. It’s automatically programmed to its own timer and the quickest time is like 37 minutes.

Love the washer. Its quiet and very efficient. Measures the amount of clothes and adjust the level of water to fit the amount of clothes so it does not waste water. Clothes come out very clean. I even washed a dry clean only garment in it and it did great.

We purchased this washer to replace our front end loading Electrolux washer. The wash time does take longer than our other unit, but seems to use the same amount of water (the washer will adjust to the size of the load). Our clothes come out clean and not dirty.

Got this to replace old washer. The price was great for the features it offers. Easy to set up and use. Only negative is it takes a while to get started but the spin cycle is so great that the dryer has it dry within 20 min. So it takes longer to wash but shorter to dry.
