I bought this washer for my mom because her old one was ripping up clothes. This washer is definitely beyond my expectations. It has sooo many different modes to wash your clothes in. I love it! It also plays a little tune when your clothes is done lol

I have used it a couple of times. I've only had the machine for a week.

The washing machine was a needed replacement to one that had worn out. It has worked flawlessly and the features it has have been a very nice change from our other one. I would highly recommend this machine as we have had good success with Samsung appliances.

This Samsung top-loading washer is very gentle on clothes. Plus, the spin cycle leaves clothes moist and not wet. As a result, they don't spend much time in the dryer.

I recently bought this washing machine in hopes of replacing it with my older one. I am extremely satisfied with the numerous and various features it has to offer. This was recommended to me by a friend and making this purchase was the right choice for me.

I've always had Whirlpool units over the years and I have to say each one of those units had issues. So I decided to purchase a Samsung unit and all I have to say is this unit is Awesome. Never going back to Whirlpool ever again. Samsung all the way from now on

We have disliked our front loader almost immediately after installing. numerous service calls, leaking, strange odors, etc. It was time to switch back to a top loader and this washer was perfect for price, capabilities, and capacity for our family of 6.

Been using it for two years. No problems so far. Was worried because of bad reviews after i brought it. Two years no problems. satisfied with my purchase.

We bought this to replace our noisy old washer. Geek squad brought the washer and installed, explained advanced functions. Since then we are using it every week without any issues. Child lock is a great option for our family!.

Having a new washer has made a huge difference in the way I do laundry .. I can wash more and my clothes get cleaner. What a difference a few years newer makes in a product .. if I had know it made this big of difference I would have done it sooner ..

We went to a front load machine several years ago, and although we appreciated using less water, the machine never really worked right. The new top loaders are just as energy and water efficient and are much easier on your clothes.

We went with this top load washer with clear lid after our 15-year old washer died. It's working superbly. Best Buy provided excellent installation. We're very pleased with the washer's operation over the first couple months of use. Hope it keeps running as long as my other Samsung purchases.

This one seems to constantly go off balance and stops working. I mean it does it job but... if u wanna be in your laundry room constantly Checking if the load didn’t stop mid cycle.. only had for acouple months.

This is the first digital washing machine I have ever bought. I was so used to the agitator in the middle of the drum, so I was skeptical at first. Several loads later it truly did an AWSOME job, doing as much different scenereos, as I could think up! :)

So far I have no issues with this product. I have had it for about 3 or 4 weeks. The only thing that I personally don’t like is the amount of water for some of the washes. Sometimes it look like it’s not enough water for the load. But however my clothes still get cleaned.

As we mentioned before the three guys Carlos, Willy and Eric did a wonderful job and as we mentioned before the work was performed in a wonderful way, they are excellent worker, and we are very pleased as I mentioned before. Thanks again.

Awesome unit and so glad we went with this model so far. Only had it since our house flooded from Harvey, but is working very well. The hardest thing about this unit is getting used to all the bells and whistles coming from a bottom line model.

Love this machine. A little weird when it starts as its figuring out the weight. I dont use the detergent drawers as when i did my clothes didnt have that nice smell from the downy unstoppables.bi out detergent and downy right in and get great results.

Good washing machine for the price. Many preset washing cycles available. Rated 4 because you aren't able to change some of the individual setting for that cycle...example Permanent Press I'm unable to change to COLD water only (can do under manual setting).

I have had this washer for over a year and am satisfied with its performance. I had to call Geek Squad twice for assistance when I first purchased the washer and was happy that I decided to purchase the service plan.
