I have so much fun with this wash machine, doing laundry has never been so fulfilling! I feel relieved that I never have to worry about how clean my clothes are truly getting, plus we are the envy of all our neighbors!! HaHa

This washer was purchased in 2020 and has been the best washer we have owned! No leaks and great prices as well! It is able to handle big loads with no issue.

We bought this to replace the Samsung washer with the lid that would vibrate off the hinges. So far this one has been great. No unbalanced loads or violent shaking, and it still matches our Dryer that matches the old Washer.

2 weeks after I bought I tried one of the new cycles (deep wash, and it took a few minutes to start leaking) and it leaked all over. It only leaked on the one cycle. I called Best Buy, they came out there look at it, they ran it through each cycle for a minute and nothing happened. They told me it was fine. I was going on vacation but was told if it leaked I could replace it. I came home and used the deep wash again and it leaked all over. I called them and they told me I had to call Samsung because it was no longer their problem as it was over 30 days since I bought it (apparently date of sale and not delivery counts.) Waiting for a part from Samsung now. Apparently it needs a new computer motherboard or something similar and its a common problem.

The machine is great. No issues to date. I like the different choices of temperature, spin cycle. I can chose the water temperature. My old machine would set the temp for you depending on the type of cycle you chose.

I’ve bought four different brands of washers during the last 15 years. By far the Best Purchase Yet. Our clothes always smell fresh, no soap build up on black clothing, towels feel brand new every time. The list goes on.

Great machine. Plenty of functions. Basin is large but not so deep that I can’t reach the bottom (I’m five foot four inches and some of the larger washers, I couldn’t reach the bottom to unload clothes).

I worried that without the middle piece in the washer it would feel like my clothes weren't getting clean, but my clothes feel much softer than ever and I dont get left over soap marks that i used to get with my old washer.

I didn't get the larger tub machine because my hubby thought I would fall in ( I'm short). Well, the 4 1/2 cu ft I could fall in as well. We checked them out at the store before we bought on line. So far very happy with my purchase.

Great Washer for a great price! My wife loves this washing machine. This washing machine has all the latest features. My wife loves the little song the machine plays at the end of the wash. Best Buy had the washer at a Great Price !

Very nice top loader with glass lid. Plenty of wash cycles; more than average. You are able to customize many wash cycles with temp of water, spin speed, and soil level. Clean styling and quality product.

My new SAMSUNG washer as everything i would expect from a washer. This good priced machine has looks and a very large drum for large loads. it selects the water height and will lower my water bill and electric bill.

If you’re used to one with an agitator or front-loader, you’ll find this type makes weird noises. Given the cleaning action, it’s hard to believe it would clean really dirty clothes, but fine for normal Landry. .

We had problems with the smell of our front loader so returned to the top loader machines. This one was on sale, had great reviews, and we are very pleased with it. It is quiet, efficient though at times you need to use deep wash.

Absolutely love this washer. The washer left at our rental finally broke down and the cost of going to the laundromat was ridiculous expensive so I decided to buy. No regrets, definitely a major water saver - bill dropped $10.

This washer is great for the price. A lot of comments say that it doesn’t fill with water all of the way. This is true at first but it fills up throughout the cycle. No issues with the first few washes.

i had a whirlpool front loader before (never again) and it really shook. this machine essentially is engineered not to shake or vibrate, but is not silent by any means. other than that, so far, so good.

Samsung has great products and stand behind them. Our old washer had a recall on it. We purchased a upgraded model on the Sasmsung washer and it works great. Plus we are receiving money back from the recalled washer.

This is my second Samsung top loader washing machine. Previous was included in a recall. Love my first machine and now love this one. Love the self cleaning feature. First machine did not have that option.

Like both washer and dryer. Like the self clean on washer and lets you know when it needs to be clean. Also like the wrinkle free on dryer. Also has a sensor if clothes aren't dry and will keep drying. Like having the sanitation option for drying towels.
