The Samsung washer has a huge drum to fit my comforter in. It washes my clothes nicely. I really wanted a larger drum and energy star/efficiency too. Great performance. Gets the jobs done with busy husband and children.

I just love my new Samsung washer. It has different cycles for each type of clothing and bedding. Not to mention a timer that let's you know when the cycle is finished.

Bought this laundry machine for my mother, at first she hesitated with all the little gadges but now she loves it. The only downside is that for each wash, it takes more than half hour. Wish there was a better quick wash, i.e. 15 minutes wash

Certainly saves water. Settings are extensive but a bit limited for my taste. Instructions might be better. But the clothes come out clean and ready for the dryer, and there are no bovious problems or difficulties. Cerainly adequate

This has been a great washer so far. I love that you put the items to be washed in, turn on, and leave it to do the rest. It's also nice that the items are pretty much dry when they come out!

This dryer was perfectly matched up with our new Samsung Dryer. Runs effieciently and quietly and I love the melody that it plays to let me know it is all done! : ) Great price and installation team!

It really does struggle, as everyone else says, to cover all the clothes with water. The deep wash helps. Not sure how a washing machine that doesn't get all the clothes wet passed inspection. It works with no leaks though!

The washer is good, but the salesman did not mention that you must have long arms to get the clothing out of the bottom of the washer. My daughter needs a stool to enable her to get to the bottom.

I don’t think there’s any negatives to report about this Washer as of today, 4/13/19. Technology has made doing Laundry so simple! If you need a Washer, don’t hesitate with this Purchase!

Delivery was quick and set up took a very short time. Good machine. It has many features that I probably won't use as I just need a simple machine to wash my clothes.

This was our first high efficiency washer, and we will never go back... After dozens of washes, we're still amazed at the great load size we can wash in a shorter amount of time than our last washing machine.

I haven't had this machine very long. Very updated compared to what I had. So far, one time it didn't spin and I had to set it to spin separately. Other than that it's fun to actually do laundry. I did make sure I got the warranty though.

I really like the top loading. Clothes come out clean and not twisted like in the front loader we had before. The only thing I don’t like is that the wash cycle seems to take a little longer.

Well the old Samsung was on recall list so it was a no brainer another samsung...when s amsung offer some rebate for the old one. Love Samsung products. Hope this will last for always 10 years.

I like my new washing machine. I regreted not buying the front loader. I got the top loader and since I am too short I can not reached the bottom to pick up the clothes. I recommend front loader.

This washer fits a ton of clothes! It is really good value and if you have larger wash loads, this is a great choice. My only complaint is that it doesn't like washing really tiny loads.

Works great once I realized how to use it. LOL If you have bedding to wash you have to make sure you have it set for bedding otherwise it will stop in between because of the load. As long as you put the setting correctly it works great.

This washer is awesome!! I love all the different wash options. Being able to adjust the spin, water temp and length of wash is wonderful!!! I also enjoy the song when the load is done.

I am so glad that I have finally updated my laundry room to the 21st century. This washer is a-ma-zing! So many setting choices. It literally washes anything! Very easy and intuitive to use.

Our old washer started leaking some time back & got worse as time went on. DEcided to buy a Samsung washer & dryer set for the wifey. She LOVES the washer compared to our old one!
