I’ve only had the washer for a month and it’s my first one without the agitator inside, but I like it so far. Still cleans well, but normal wash is 56min...longer than my old washer, lol.

Barely uses water. Just wet the clothes and wash it while clothes are not socked in water. Always stain black clothes with white spots even using HE detergent and softener.

It's a nice washer.. my old washer gave up on us... so I decided to buy this machine...& so far it's great it has different settings and it tells you how long it takes to wash...

I love it! I love how it has a timer, it was a must need for me. Only thing is putting it on deep wash flooded my basement, not a whole lot but enough to put fans on and use a wet vac. Just don’t use that option.

Would NOT recommend! Rusted - Best Buy nor Samsung would help. My 5yr warranty expired June 2022 and I called in July. Samsung there were no recalls, but I searched and found several complaints on the same issue. There is no reason a washing machine should be peeling and rusting like this. Now we need a new one so the rust does not damage our clothes. SEE PHOTOS

The washer and dryer set is very nice, I like these better than front loaders. The short cycle didn't dissolve the powder detergent the one time I tried it, have to se regular cycle.

Every person that commented on the Deep Wash cycle has said the same thing. It leaks from the bottom. If this is happening then why hasn't this been recalled, removed, and/or fixed? I tried the cycle once after having the washer for less than a month and it leaked. Samsung contracted with a repair company in my city. The guy comes out, calls in, and is told it needs a particular part. How could they not know that already? I told them what the issue was and clearly it is COMMON. Also the machine is just weird. It seems like it takes a while for the water to eventually come out. Maybe it is something with machine, but I am not sure.

When it played a song upon completion I thought, “Oh no! I must’ve paid too much!:)” I love this washer. Not having an agitator is awesome bc I can fit so much more in a load.

The sales person at Best Buy was very knowledgeable and guided us to the right washer for our needs. The delivery men was on time, friendly hooking up our washer and explaining the many functions.

I really like this washer and so far it's done a good job. I went with the top loading this time, because front loaders tend to hold water and get a mildew smell. For the price, I'm happy with my purchase.

We are very impressed with this Samsung washing machine. It was such an upgrade from what we had before. We have several Samsung appliances and they have been great products.

I love, love my new washer. Instead of having to select the size of the load the washer selects it by the settings you select. Saves on water usage. Clothes also come put cleaner

Overall I like this product. But since there is no drain I have had to keep the lid open to avoid a damp smell from festering in the washer. So if you buy just keep the lid open. Other than that. Great product

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it! I like the fact that it was on sale. Also associate helped me get it delivered to her in another state which went flawlessly.

Bought Dec 2018. So far, so good. Like the Pause feature so I can add additional laundry; like the many washing choices; seems a little noisy, but that might only be the water coursing through the hoses.

The Samsung washer is a good value. You have to remember to put it on the right cycle. The only problem I have with my new washer is that I'm not tall enough to reach the bottom of the washer to get my clothes out!!

I was a little hesitant about my purchase after reading some of the previous reviews. However, I'm happy to say I've experienced no water leaks using the washer on all settings.

This washer is ok but not as good as I expected. It sometimes leaves a light white film of lint on dark clothes which never happened with my old washer.

My wife is loving the new Washer... top loader was the way to go. Had a front loader and it would become dirty, moldy and constantly find socks under the rubber where door was

This is the first time I’ve purchased large appliances and I’m so happy with my choice! The washer and dryer and both really large so it cuts your laundry time in half!
