This is my first Samsung appliance. As I own a Samsung phone, tablet, and computer I am expecting the same excellent quality as I have experienced with those items over the years.

Long cycles but cleans welL. Cleans large loads great. Blankets and bedding you need to read the manual on the correct way to load it. Might require an extra spin cycle if unbalanced.

This washer is hardly moving the load, so I do not believe in it's mechanical action of washing. My old washer with traditional agitator was more effective in cleaning cloth. Yes , it is good on preserving water.

Installation was not the greatest--installer did not ensure level. Washer cleans well but does not fill full enough to adequately rinse all clothes.

Very big and gets everything clean. The only thing I don’t like about it is the song it plays when the load is done. It’s a very long song but can be turned off.

My daughter-in-law and son recommended this washer to me they own a residential cleaning company and always use this brand so I bought one it has been the best

Amazon Alexa built in. Also it has timers that show you exactly how long the wash will be. I bought this for a rental and the tenants love it.

I certainly love all the new technology in this washer and even the little song that plays when your clothes are done. I really do think my clothes are coming out cleaner also.

Works extremely well , has long load times but by the time it’s done and put into dryer it dries for half the time because the spin cycle removes a lot of the water !

I love the music that comes from the washer machine when you turn it on and off, the digital screen illumination, the way that calibrate the cloth and not noise at all

Works great and plays you a happy tune when it's finished. Just be careful of using heavy blankets. I had to manually set to drain after washing a blanket. I am not sure if the weight threw off the sensor or not.

It washes good but every wash is an hour long because the washer figures it out itself and also it spins so fast, all of your clothes are wrinkled badly.

We purchased this washer because my mother purchased a similar model back in 2012 and they are still working perfectly. So far we haven't had any trouble with it at all.

It does what it’s meant to do. But, make sure the person installing it knows what they’re doing. The person who installed ours left it ‘live’ with electricity.

I love this machine. I saw the same one a few says later at Costco for $120 more. That is why I always shop at best Buy, they always have the best name products at the best price.

Very nice machine runs very quiet and let you know when it’s time to run a cleaning cycle I would recommend for anyone else looking for a washing machine.

So far this washer is really living up to my expectations. I love the electronic selection panel. Hoping that it will continue to work this well for many years to come.

This washer has so many functional setting to wash great! A normal load does take almost an hour to wash but it you wash in delicates it's still about 40 mins.

Aside from needing tongs to reach down to retrieve small articles of clothing at the bottom of the drum, we are extremely happy with the quality of this washing machine.

Uses only as much water as needed for the size of the load. Wide range of cycles for all types of clothing, bedding, etc. Very happy with this purchase.
