I purchased this 8 mos ago. Love the washing machine...just purchased the matching Dryer last nite. Excited to have 2 quality products...ordered and signed up all online!!!

It’s just enough settings without being over the top and confusing. Only downside is it seems like it doesn’t get enough water out before going into the dryer even on the high spin cycle.

Clothes come out very damp after the washer, very disappointed !! I bought a gas dryer and will have to spend more time drying and more $$$ out of my pocket!!

Q. Why do people need SO many functions on their washing machine? A. They don't! If you want a washer that washes your clothes, this is the one for you

This was my 1st top load Samsung Washer. Heard some good deal about it, so wanted to try it out. Washer would not spin in all cycles and wouldnt squeeze clothes. Had to return it for the front load.

WE love this washer and have not had any problems with it since we bought it in 2018. It holds a lot of clothes and we do one or two loads per week.

Please with purchase Love that it has a large barrel to hold a lot of clothes at one washing .

I am not happy with this washer. Although it works it isn’t great. I cannot wash sheets in it or a duvet cover without it needing to be manually emptied and reset to finish the cycle which mean water ends up everywhere. I am really disappointed in the amount of water it uses at any other time as sometimes it looks like half the clothes don’t even get wet... so yeah all in all it either over does it or underdoes it. Not the best washer.

I love my washer and dryer they get all the laundry done and the clothes don’t have any odor they smell fresh and clean!

I love this washer it's a great investment! You can wash alot of clothes in a fairly quick time!! When they removed the agitator is made laundry more economical!

This washer wasn't like any others I have seen before but I hadn't bought one in 15 years. Lots of changes but it seems to do a very good job and has a very large capacity

No issues with this washer yet. Although I don't use the HE cycles because it takes too long, it clans well on the regular wash cycle.

I am enjoying my new washer, I actually like this more economic version more then my first Samsung. I like rhe service and prices at Best Buy, and get all my needs there.

It's to deep for my wife who is 5'4". She cant reach the bottom of the drum, so we have to buy a step stool. Otherwise does a great job.

I'm so glad I purchased this washer especially since it was also on sale. I would highly recommend this product because it definitely lives up to its description!

I've purchased 3 HE washer, and this one is the best I've tried. However, it still doesn't compare to my old Maytags! The clothes get kind of clean and the water doesn't drain completely. :(

I like the machine and the delivery was on time. The only thing I didnt like that best buy didnt set it up and I had to pay 120 dollars for installation

This washer does a great job. I was worried that there was no agitator but this new design works just fine. Got a maint plan just in case. Very easy to use

I love this washer and dryer set. I have every setting for everything I own in my home to be washed and dryed. I am so happy this is the set we purchased.

This is the best machine we have owned ever and clothes come out cleaner than the $1,500 washer we had before love the music when it is finished.
