Have had this for awhile and I just love it so happy. Only recommendation do hot overload by pushing laundry down it will not clean as well.

So far o.k. However, this purchase is a result of a previous Samsung Washer Machine that I purchased 10 months ago. Let's see how this product performs and hopefully there are no more recalls.

I’m very happy with this washing machine. Clothes are clean, nicely spun dry and the inside could wash me if that wasn’t weird :) great purchase

We have only had this new washer for about 1 month. It works well and has a good variety of options in terms of water temperature, spin, and type of load.

Love love love this washer. Bought an earlier model a few years back and when moving to new house actually bought a later model of the same set.

Nice washer. The cycles do what they should do. The washer seems to generate less static than the Cabrio it replaced. The chimes are a bit over the top but we are happy with washer.

Many cycles to choose from, the washer notifies yoybwhen a self cleaning is recommended. I can wash my king size bed suite with no problem.

So far I have used the washer a few times and everything works as it should. My daughter likes the music it plays when it's done with a load

This washer works as expected. It is not loud and it cleans the clothes thoroughly using less water. I did learn for effective washing you have to place he clothes around the mini agitator.

Have no complaints except for the time of cycles. Some take over an hour that would only take 45 minutes or less on my old washer. But I’ll just keep telling myself they’re cleaner now.

I love my washer. But if I run my comforters through bedding and waterproof cycle they're soaked when it's done. So that's a useless feature.

I like the high end technology used when washing clothes. Easy to select the type of wash and it automatically selects the water level needed.

I've never had an issue with this unit. Many options for different cycles and load types. Load properly and it works flawlessly.

I like everything about it, especially the added water to your load. But the highest spin cycle still leave clothes more wet than my other washer. I can live with that.

The washer leaks sometimes during washing and not just a little water. It also does not wash the cloths that well. I will never buy a washer that does not have a center agitator.

I just purchased this washer and so far have been very happy with it. I like the latest technology used to limit the amount of water used.

Due to space constraints in our utility room we needed a top-loading washer — our new HE Samsung is proving an excellent value for the money we spent!

Was in need of a washer to match my Samsung dryer. Excellent product. Would have given 5 stars but washer tends to be louder than the previous Whirlpool I owned.

Our old washer went down and we bought this one. I love it! It does such a great job and love how it has a bigger tub. Now I need to get a dryer to keep up with my larger loads!
