    I got this washer because my old washer from Samsung was recalled and they offer me 446 in a rebate this washer is post to be a replacement for my old model but has been downgraded in every feature from my 5.2 load to 4.5 even the power of the washer it seems to take two wash on almost all my loads and not only that it takes 5 - 10mins to calculate which adds more to the wash time and it also pauses and flashes UL the overload/unbalance code every time I wash a queen-size blanket or jeans so over all not a good replacement don’t know why they still sell Samsung washers in store hope this review helps in your decision
