Good first washer

First started having issues with this washer where it was staining our clothes. It ruined a lot of our clothes, had tech come out (Samsung sent tech for free). They blamed it on us adding too much detergent. Makes no sense our old washer we used to dump detergent right into the drum and it never stained our clothes. Next the washer goes out of balance if you try to wash bed sheets or comforters. The way the washer “tries to fix itself” is by adding water filling up draining and keeps repeating a few times till it just stops and leaves your sheets soaked. I don’t trust the washer at all to the point that I now stare at it as it washes to make sure it doesn’t go crazy. Have had this for less than a year with all these issues, ordered a new set of LG washer/dryer

Lastly, I'd like to inform you that due to the decreased spin speed of the Bedding cycle, (from 800 RPM to as low as 300 RPM) bedding may still be wet at the end of the cycle, to help its performance, bulky items such as comforters, blankets, and sheets should only be washed using the Bedding cycle.

Samsung tech help was not able to help resolve the problem. * Bleach tray does not have a fill-to-line as indicated in instructions. On the plus side, Samsung Tech Help was able to talk me through a water leak problem.
