    The washer leaks water out the front door. The drainage system not be well designed. It shakes like crazy in the spin cycle. Clothes come out still stained.

    Very dissatisfied. Is extremely loud and sounds like an old top loader. Have only had one month. Set up an exchange and now Best Buy says the only thing I can do is contact the manufacturer.

    Run don't walk from samsung dryers.... 6 months old and dead dead dead. Took 2 weeks to get a service appointment... then no show on the day of the appointment, rescheduled. Second appointment scheduled from 1-5, showed up at 7. Immediately told me that I needed to reschedule as the washer and dryer were stacked and it was a two person job..... reminded them that when setting the appointment the box was checked saying it was stacked. So I helped move it...Samsung had shipped the parts... guess what - wrong parts, have to order more. New parts come after another week, once again Samsung was told it was stacked, once again they send one person. At this point - 3 weeks with no dryer, I help him move it, again. Guess what..... wrong parts again, reschedule another week..... run, don't walk away. Did I mention it is only about 6 months old?

    It worked well in the first few months, then have some error. Maintenance team showed me how to fix the error, then it showed up another error code in the next few days.

    DO NOT BUY THE SAMSUNG WASHERS OR DRYERS. The washer had grinding sounds during the spin cycle that got worse. Took 4 visits by the Geek Squad (who are ALL incredibly nice and professional by the way) to fix. So now we have a six month old washer that is essentially a refurb. Not what I wanted in an expensive washing machine. Best Buy customer service policies and procedures for troubleshooting and being able to help are A NIGHTMARE. Let me stress...A NIGHTMARE. And please know, not the customer service agents themselves. They are all very nice. The red tape and different departments for everything they are given to work with is a HOT MESS. Turnover in their call centers must be astronomical. Be better Best Buy. Samsung - stick to TVs.

    Not sure if it was a prior return as it was not advertised that way but arrived without a boxatic Washer. Problems with noise in spin cycle requiring warranty work by samsung.

    Entirely frustrating and worthless

    I'm in the middle of home renovations, so the unit wasn't set up for a month. This is unfortunate because I would have immediately sent it back. This is the worst washer I've ever used in my life. It was set up perfectly level, we verified multiple times and did a shake test. I removed all bolts from the back. However, over time, this unit has started shaking more and more. I've checked multiple times to verify it's perfectly level. I've checked with multiple level tools. The Samsung tech even verified that it is level. But being level doesn't stop it from vibrating. Recently it even started squealing and making a loud motor noise. I was watching it while it was doing a load and the entire door came forward during the cycle. I feel like I just threw money away on this unit.

    Ive had this washer less than a week. I had it delivered and installed by best buy. I havent able to wash any clothes as error 4c keeps coming on the screen.

    They attempted to deliver the washer twice. But, they didnt complete delivery on either occassion. I ended up having to cancel order, and elected to purchase elsewhere.

    The people who dropped it off never connected it right, the bottom of the draw falls out, that's why I guess that's the reason they left the tape on it. Suppose to be replaced, but because I work in the medical field they can't deliver it when I need them to, so here I sit and wait until I can get a day off so they can replace it at they convenience.
