Washer gave out after just 1 year. The tub would spin at too high of a speed and ended up breaking down - with the part that controls the spin cycle DISLODGING and no longer able to be removed (the circled pic, that part should be about 8" higher, near the top right of the unit). Tore thru the gasket and damaged our tile too (black dust engraved into our flooring because the unit would constantly move on its own - even though unit is level). Manufacturer warranty limited to only 1 year (on an appliance that cost more than $600+??? There are bluetooth speakers for $50 with better warranties). After experiencing such a horrible experience with this unit, looked into other Samsung models & discovered others have similar issues - spin cycle is too high, and break thru the units. There are recalls on them because they are a liabilty. Never buying from this brand again (phones are trash too, updates completely ruin the OS). If by chance your unit works without issue, id consider you lucky.

Brokena little after 1 year. Did well washing clothes but 16 months later and having to buy a new one is not ok

Washes my white comforters in one wash but alittle tough on smaller blankets. This washer has multiple settings so I can adjust the wash time.

I absolutely love my new Samsung Washer and Dryer!! Make sure to get pedastals. Best purchase ever. Installation was easy for technicians

I am loving my new stackable washer & dryer! They are such an improvement from the old machines. Everything is so modern and it is a pleasure to do the wash now!

We are very upset when we received our Washer And Dryer There are deep knicks and scratches in our set and There are deep scratch patches in the door of the dryer . It looks like we bought it from a Scratch and Dent store or We bought it used. Very Upset and Disappointed !!!

Almost a year and going good. Slight vibration issues with larger loads.

Machine was damaged, Best Buy to replace by 5/12/2021

I purchased this washer was delivered March 6, 2020, now just slightly past the 1 year warranty it’s making noise and having difficulty spinning clothes! I’m not happy to say the least!

So far so good! I love how fast the machines work and that they were stackable!

I’m glad I had the 3 year warranty. It flew apart. For real parts flying. Waiting to see what Best Buy is going to do.

Love this unit.. it does a great job. It’s quiet too

I’ve only had this washer for 6 months and it’s broken. It began knocking very badly as if the loads were uneven. Now after knocking so bad it completely shifts the location of where it’s sitting by the time it’s done. I checked to see if I could see anything wrong and noticed under the seal the inside was building out. Popped the seal off and can see that the bolts BROKE so the inside piece was moving around causing the shaking. We now have to try and find a way to fix it

Falsely marked as Open-Box Excellent - Looks brand news - includes all original parts/accessories typically contained in packaging. I drove 120 miles to pick this up as installers were coming next morning. I arrived only to see it was not in Excellent - looks brand new condition. Store manager said nothing he could do, Called corporate, after 5 calls getting disconnected, waited 1 week, called again, got disconnected again, called back and finally someone willing to help adjust price to the fair condition.

Do not buy this item I have been having a lot of problems with this item. I’m a single mother of five and I wash like almost every day I bought this item in 2021 and after 5 months I started having problems with the washer. I called Samsung and they came to fix it and after 3 months the washing machine started giving me another problem (dc). Am so so sad right now cause am here managing what ever I have with my kids and this is happening to me. I can’t afford to buy new washing machine right now.

Worst experience with this machine, two months in and a loud banging noise a lot of rattling, Samsung cust service kept telling me to reset it until they finally sent a tech and to find out it was damaged from the inside been waiting for over a month on a replacement on the phone with their customer service daily going back and forth.

Visually pleasing, but function is off. Hardly any water even though my connections are fully open. I think tge sensors are off. Full load of clothing and maube 2 cups of water comes into washer. Not good. I got more water in the crappy to loading machine I had.

The washer is already messing up. It’s under warranty, but I can’t get anyone from Samsung (independent contractors) to unstack it, although they stacked it. I have all the parts, but the guy tells me I have to unstack it.

After reading some negative reviews regarding the spin cycle, I was a little reluctant to purchase this washer. As I have several Samsung appliances, I decided to take a chance on it. I didn't purchase the pedestals, as my old washer and dryer had them, and I really couldn't see spending the extra money. I have washed multiple loads of varying types from delicates to towels, and have had no issues. The washer is extremely quiet, there is no vibration during the spin cycle, and I really like the champagne color. I also purchased the matching dryer which has performed up to expectations. The delivery service was extremely professional, removing the old appliances from the upstairs laundry room and setting up the new ones. They were very careful to do no damage, and ran the washer and dryer through a cycle to make sure they were working properly. They gave me a brief tutorial on the operation and made sure everything was set up to my satisfaction. I'm glad I went with my instinct and purchased this set.

Initially I wanted to give this a solid 1 star for the first 2-3 weeks it damaged my bathroom/laundry room floors because how much it jump around while on spin cycle. I didn’t realize how important it was to remove those shipping bolts. After I removed them it washed extremely well and no water was left in the washer. While it was delivered they never mentioned how important it was to remove but I guess it’s my fault because I should thoroughly read the instructions that were provided . I do feel like there should be a tool included to remove the shipping bolts or it should be easier it was very hard for me to remove them. All in all I love the washer now it’s very cute and classy and does the job it’s meant for !
