Energy efficient, it was easy to set up and easier to use. Very quiet and it plays me a little song when done.

Had a 3 year old GE washer that died and during these covid times, delivery is sometime challenging. BestBuy kept to their word about the delivery date and time. Washer is nice, very quiet, although same capacity then my GE, it feels smaller. I've done 3 loads so far and the Steam option is super impressive. SO much better than my previous washer. Install guys were fast and friendly. Overall great experience. Just wished it had a wifi option, even an aftermarket one.

Upgrade from a 5-year old top loader that was already falling apart! Very easy to use & super quiet. Love all the wash options, especially steam & sanitize. Those cycles are quite long (1+ & 2 hours), but the regular wash cycle is reasonable, about 45 minutes. I'm finding I need to use a liquid fabric softener more or some things like towels don't always come out super soft. Cleans clothes beautifully. Best appliance I've ever bought.

I bought this washer to replace my LG washer (that finally died) that had all the bells and whistles. I wanted a larger capacity and didn't need a zillion functions. I looked for the main features I wanted, the price was great and I bought it. I am SO pleased with my purchase. This thing does way more than I realized and works great! Highly recommend if you're in the market!

replaced my 11 year old LG washer that started having problems with this Samsung in sales floor as scratch n dent. Read many high reviews to make my decision. This unit is very quiet running and still has little banging on spins with some heavy loads such as jeans but over all very happy with it . Especially like the musical chime it makes ! Hoping to find another great deal on matching dryer and hope to get many years out of this Samsung as I did with my LG set .

Purchased for our new home. My wife and I are very pleased with how easy it is to operate. Mostly, we love the different settings and how well it washes our clothes. Just make sure to follow the maintenance recommendations and should bring many years of reliability!

I have had my washer for 5 months now. I absolutely love it! I owned a HE top load and hated it. There is a noticeable difference in the cleanliness of our clothes. And, the inside rim does not stink or seem to have lots of residue like my last front load. The washer holds large loads without becoming unbalanced. There are enough settings but without being over complex. I would highly recommend this washer.

It changes my life as i getting older. Clean my clothes faster and helping me wear cleaned clothes throughout the day with steam system for my allergies.

Unit was delivered promptly and setup was easy for the delivery men. Very nice and courteous. Unit works great so far with no problems noted after 1 month of use. Easy to use. It is important to have the machine absolutely level so it doesn’t violently rock in the spin cycle as other reviews suggest. The delivery man made sure by leveling and testing a spin cycle for me. all around very good buy so far.

Bought as a replacement for a Samsung washer that we wore out. It was at a reduced price being a scratch & dent. It did not matter to us because it will be in the basement. So far, no issues with the washer. Runs very quite and cleans clothing very well.

Two months ago our washing machine broke down. So, we started the process of replacing it. We tried two brands, but one was very noisy and the other one did not wash very well. However, when it was installed and we used it for the first time. From that moment we loved it. Wash and leave clothes almost like new. It is also super silent.

Very modern and quiet washing machine. My dryer is louder than this washing machine! I seriously thought it wasn’t working when I first used it because it was almost silent the entire cycle but my clothes came out smelling clean and looking clean! It struggles with hard stains as any washing machine does but it does fine with a good pretreatment. It also has a presoak option for those tougher stains. I washed my bedding with its bedding option and my sheets and comforter came out great! The 4.5 cu ft capacity is big enough to handle large loads as I tend to do laundry only every other week. Installation with the Best Buy geek squad was very easy. The guys handled everything and removed my old broken washer to be recycled. There was only a few plastic covers I had to remove before I started putting my laundry through. I’m very happy with this machine so far and hope it will last as long as my old washing machine (over 10 years).

It is an easy to use and advanced washer. Apparently there is an app that reminds you that you are doing laundry, but I don't use it, the features for clothing material and load amount are easy to set. Once it's finished it plays a jingle to remind you it's finished. I like the self cleaning mode it goes into after so many washes. It looks great and is very quiet.
