Love the sanitize and steam options. Bought this as a pair with the electric dryer, they work well together and are very nice looking in the laundry room. The one thing that does not make sense on this washer is that you still have to pause the machine to open the small door on the main door to add items - so it is really an unnecessary feature.

The aesthetics and usability of this washing machine is great. There have been no problems so far after a couple months of use. The clothes come out clean and we have no complaints. We do wish that it had a presoak cycle. We have a cat that sometimes pees on various articles of our clothing and in order to treat it, we have to soak the clothing in an enzyme solution before. The washing machine has no ability to do this so it complicates our laundry process somewhat.

Cloths come out clean, all parts function well and does its work quietly with no extra machine noises. Could do better with the load finished chime, it sounds a little too much like mariachi music and at nearly 30 seconds long pretty unnecessary to tell me the laundry is done! thank goodness I can shut it off.

After dealing with the cheap washer/dryer combo in my apartment using this washer is a treat. Not only is it extremely high efficiency it does an excellent job washing even the most soiled laundry. It also offers the ability to sterilize (which is a necessity if you have small children) and remove allergens. If you're looking for an awesome washer look no further. You can't go wrong with this one.

I love my new washer, was a little bummed with the run around about the pedestals but the washer is great. I love how quiet it is and have noticed a difference in how much cleaner my clothes seem to be. All the different wash options are great. Don’t have a bad thing to say about them. Want a great washer you can’t go wrong with this one

I absolutely love my purchase! The washer and dryer are both very sleek and the color is looks very nice in my laundry room. It’s not your typical block or white set, which I’m very happy about. Plus they have all of the features I was looking for in a new combo set! Very happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased the Samsung Addwash and couldn't be happier! The washer gets the clothes clean, but has been gentle and my clothes smell so good without using much detergent. I've used the addwash feature many times since purchasing and find it very useful. The washer is very quiet, but my units are also located in the garage. So far, I have no complaints with this purchase.
