Replaced my 11 year old Samsung washer and dryer with another Samsung set as they are super reliable. These do not disappoint as well! I opted for the stackable set and while I like them stacked they do tend to shake just a little more then my old set (maybe to be expected ) That said that’s really the only thing that has bothered me at all. Lots of washing options and the efficiency of the quick wash is awesome! Highly recommended!!

Very happy with the purchase. A lot quieter than the usual washer, and so many features!

Way better than my old one. Lots of features and gets things clean. Can make a decent amount of noise if the load is off balance when it starts to spin but that lasts just a few seconds until it fixes itself. Also, this version doesn't have an internal light which would be nice when you're looking for those socks stuck to the drum. Worst part is the Samsung gingle at the end. You can shut it off but why did they make it so long? Four times as long as their previous one. What happened to the good old days of just a buzzer.

It works great, plus all the different functions makes laundry easy for everyone who’s not mom (haha). It also has cute little jingle when the laundry is done... it doesn’t say anything about how it works as a washer, I’ve just never heard a washer sing to me before lol

No leaks, cleans well, quieter than expected, the addwash door is very convenient.

This replaced an agreed no Whirlpool Gold and we are very happy with this new machine. It is very quiet and has great features.

It's a little on the loud side but definitely efficient! Can't beat being able to add to the load. Huge help! Love the variety of cycles.

This washing machine is quiet, sturdy, and delivers a clean load every wash.

This has been a great purchase. It is easy to use as the control panel is detailed just enough to use all of the features but yet it isn’t daunting. Washer configures time and water level and temp yet you can adjust it if you want to. Also, it looks fantastic! We like it so much we ordered the matching dryer even though we had gotten a Whirlpool dryer just two months ago.

Ok, I had the last washing machine for about 15 years (and I bought it used) so a comparison wouldn't be too fair here. That being said, however, omg--if this is what clean clothes look like, idk WHAT my old machine has been doing all these years. I waited way too long to replace it, so I'm glad it finally died! Love the cleanness, love that it spins without shaking my entire house, love that it's so quiet that i forget I'm doing laundry. Love love love.
