Easy to use for my kids, the ready alert is great especially letting my kids know when there kids are done without telling them

We have had the washer for approx 3 weeks and so far it has performed as expected. I am still trying new wash cycles. The only slight downside to the machine is that there is only a spin speed of 1200rpm which does not get all the water out, as my previous machine in the UK had a spin speed of 1600. I am still to try the remote access from my phone.

Broke within 1 year and a half. Called samsung support and didnt want to help. They were offering me a discount to buy a new one but the price was higher than at the retailers. Dont waste your time with samsung appliances.

This is a warranty replacement for last year's model. I haven't had it long. It has been working well and has better integration with Alexa than last year's model. I still have last year's dryer so I can't utilize the dryer controls it has built in. Bummer. I hope the bearings don't give out like the last one did. I bought extra insurance just in case. It took Samsung and Best Buy the better part of 3 months to replace the last one.

very happy with my purchase. Love the steam features, the simple dial. Washer and dryer are connected to use the middle controls. Noticeable difference from last machine in washing, and spinning.

I was surprised with the very less noise. If you close your dryer room, you won't hear any single noise. Excellent washer.

Replaced a 17 year old washer and can notice the difference on clothes with this washer. Working well have had it for a couple of months with no issues and we wash 9 times per week

Great washer. I’ve always wanted a front loading washer and this one is great. My only con would be that the compartment for laundry detergent is small. I believe it’s small because it’s energy efficient.

This my second washer machine front Samsung I replace my old one 15 years old stil working never give mi problem, but I need more features like the steam in the new one this machine is great.

Had a week after lg washing machine disaster. Agree with other reviews clothes seem fresher And cleaner. Spins cloths completely. Quiet when operating. The delivery team we very professional and polite.

We have used the washer only a few times so far, but it has performed very well, as advertised.

Ordered this as an open box in “excellent” condition. Drove two hours to pick it up and got it home and unwrapped it and it was scuffed and filthy. It smelled so bad and had hairs in the detergent compartment. I decided to clean it up anyway and plug it in and did a self clean on it and then a small load of laundry. The machine was extremely loud, shaking, and had a burning smell. This is not excellent condition by any means. I don’t believe it was inspected at all after the initial return. I attempted calling the store multiple times with no answer. Someone did finally help me on chat but only to schedule a pick up and said it probably will not be replaced. This has been nothing but a hassle.

I love this washer!! Easy to use and clean. I love the steam and sanitize function. I like that it balances itself out. I got it with the storage pedestal. This is a good investment.

We are very pleased with the washer and pedestal. It does a nice job even though it’s not top of the line.

Great washer. Cleans clothes really well and is pretty quick. Love having the steam option for towels/bedding to make sure everything is extra clean.

Love this washing machine. The difference it makes in clean laundry. And the many custom options are great. I've been using it for almost an year now.

Worked for 6 months. Best Buy won't replace or repair until after 1 year when the manufacturers warranty expires even with a protection plan. Samsung will send you on a wild goose chase, then never contact you again. Save your money, get a different brand.

This was delivered to me Jan 22, 2022. Dec 22, 2024 and the Counter Weight has cracked just like everyone else's. It's our of warranty. Horrible because this is a known Samsung washer problem, you can find it everywhere online with all different types of washers. So frustrating. If you buy it, buy the most extended warranty you can.
