    Put in dirty clothes and clean clothes come out! Seriously, the machine is quiet and the smart things app give nice reminders the cycles are finished (Alexa and iPhone app). It also syncs the cycle to the dryer and uses the best dry cycle to match the washer cycle.

    This is an excellent washer for a reasonable price. It has the latest electronics that make it very easy to use. The Samsung quality is among the very best. My former Samsung front load washer was used constantly for 10 years and performed well until it just died one day. I found also that my Total Tech membership was very helpful in the purchase, installation and extended warranty it offers.

    As any front loader you must keep the front door open after use to allow to dry out. Efficient machine that learns your preferences and puts them up front for you. Self clean option is 3 + hours? No option for a shorter self clean which seems excessive.

    I like this washer. I only have done a couple of loads so far, but the washer is pretty quiet. The connected app sends notications when it's done. The clothes are pretty clean. The only concern I have would be reversing the dooras the nut plate is very thin and easy to be stripped or fall off the guide as it gave me a problem with the matching dryer set.

    I got the washer and dryer set. In store they gave me all the information I needed on the total tech and price matched the set to what the online page had. The washer itself works very nicely and pairs with your phone to notify when your laundry is done and helps you set up what kind of load you want to set the perfect cycle for your clothes.
