However, the built in AI is a little annoying having to change that before every load, but other than that a great product.

Good product, mediocre service

My experience with the washer was great for 4 months but then a weight in the drum broke and caused a knock during the spin dry cycle. Though the samsung care representative came out quickly to diagnose the problem its been 2 weeks so far and counting to get the warrantied unit replaced. I heard samsung had a bad rep in yhe appliance department but ive had good look with their oven and washing machine, just a little dissapointed in the turn around time for getting this device up and running again.

The purchase experience was awesome, too (someone give Oleg a raise!). This washer is quiet and apparently quite efficient. I have no complaints so far.

Samsung Quality for a Fair Price

Everything went smoothly. The unit works like a charm and the ability to control it via the phone app is a plus. I highly recommend this Samsung.
