Excellent item, very happy with it , definitely I'm going back to Best Buy.

Thus far everything is working well. The household has been working overtime washing and so far so good. I haven’t used all the features yet, but I can say, my washes come out very clean and timely. The spin cycle takes a bit of getting used to, sounds like a jet taking off. Otherwise, a good buy.

I want to completely love this washer but it just needs some improvement. For the end of cycle alert, you're stuck either listening to an extremely annoying and long tune or having no alert at all. During most cycles the drum will sound like it's out of alignment at random times but only for a moment. It is a lot louder than I thought it would be and it also shakes much more violently than I imagined it would. It just seems like it misses the mark in a lot of areas. The speed cycle does not seem to really clean clothes. It's a good washer but it's not great. I am somewhat disappointed in it.

Best frint load washer....period! I can fit all of my bed sets in the washer and they come out clean and smelling fresh! Easy tonload and unload and has so many washing options. Even the most delicate items can be washed. E ergy efficient as well.

i like this washer i love the fast speed option. it cleans fast. just dint over loaded cause if u do it will leak a little water in the front. is a bit loud when is spinning. but when is washing is silent. over all so far good for the price…. it looks great in my laundry room too not bulky at all

This from loader is a win win for me. As is the case with all of the newer appliances, you really need to check out the manual. There are more features than you realize and the manual is easy to decipher and will keep you from getting frustrated.

Started out great. Now after it is not returnable the bolt underneath is loose and the barrel rattles when drying. Now I need to go through Samsung to figure out what to do next. It's probably not a good idea for me to try and fix it as that could ruin the warrentee. The first one that was delivered had a large dent in the front. Feels like this just isn't a great washer for the cost. We had an LG last time and never needed any maintenance. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I love my washing machine. It works perfectly and very good

We've had Samsung TVs and a refrigerator so decided to try out the washer/dryer. Very happy with the overall performance of both machines. Easy to use, many settings to choose from, washes and dries much faster than our previous machines. Definitely recommend.

Love this washer so far so good! I also have the dryer partnered with this washer. If you have samsung appliances you can use the app to notify you if your laundry is done or what not, which is neat but i dont personally use it all the time.

This washer works well so far. There are nice options for a family who washes every day. I use standard programs. I haven't used the steam function yet but will try to find an excuse to do so. I did not need the stackable option but bought it for the future. My old washer was 17 years old, and the current dryer is the same. Thinking about the future, I may end up in a smaller apartment which should accommodate "stackability." I also bought a pedestal, which helps raise the unit to a workable height instead of bending down so low to remove articles from the washer. I will return to this review with an update after several uses.

Nice washer, easy to used. Was a little confused about the Washer/Dryer option on the front but looking at the manual it explains it. Wish I can change the side the door opens.

Overall this washer is excellent! I love the super speed setting which takes off at least 10-20 minutes for any sized load and the 28 minute for a 8lb load can't be beat! The reason I only gave 4 stars is because of the smart phone features. I don't understand why I should have to enable remote access every time. I should be able to turn the washer on and start it from my phone if there are clothes left in it ready to be washed. Another interesting feature that annoys me is how the washer locks when I use my phone to start the cycle and won't unlock unless I turn off the remote access button. Doesn't make sense to me.

Washer been great and looks slick. Pretty quiet too, which is nice and the super speed for a small load is, actually really helpful. Both washing and drying within an hour, great when you forget to wash work clothes when you are getting ready for work.

Very over priced, ridiculous options & annoying sound that can not be deactivated so it blasts a literal song at the end of the cycle that won’t shut off even after you open save close the door! You have to power off the washer or dryer to stop the song from blasting through your house! This model apparently has no option to disable to song. So very overpriced it is a real disappointment!

Had the washer and dryer delivered and set up after purchasing. When units were delivered, they tech said they couldnt finish the installation because the area they were going in (stackable) was not tall enough to accommodate. Once that had been resolved and the units were in place, I noticed the doors on these sku's looked to be made of plastic versus glass, like the ones seen while shopping at the big box stores. The plastic appears to have micro scatches and a hazy look to them, Big disappointment. Other than that, everything works as expected.

One of the better front loaders I've owned. Definitely gets my clothes clean, and that's saying something considering the fact that I work on a ranch. Smell hasn't been an issue, though I do leave the door open when not in use. I like all the customizable settings.

Nice look, stackable, but noisy (Spin cycle). Washing my cloth I did enjoy my previous washer better when bought new.

This washer has been great. Purchased a few weeks ago. It integrates with my smart home design well. Being able to set the fearures and wash cycle from my mobile device and control everything is nice. It cleans clothing well and is super quiet which is a plus.
