Awful, Like Tons of Others Counter Weight Cracked

Dec 22, 2024 and the Counter Weight has cracked just like everyone else's. It's our of warranty. Horrible because this is a known Samsung washer problem, you can find it everywhere online with all different types of washers. So frustrating. If you buy it, buy the most extended warranty you can.

I really like that I can select the load from the app and send it to the washer, I can hide the ones I don’t use. My only gripe is that there’s no mute option, I don’t want to here a 3 minute song every time my laundry is done.

It’s such an upgrade from what we had. I also like that it has an app also, so I can pre-program what wash cycle (still have to press start to get it to start the wash/dry) and get recommendations on the wash cycle to use based on what types of clothes or materials I’m washing/drying. Speed wash/dry is a plus, and also love the allergy wash setting too. It has definitely helped. From the last washer dryer set to this one, the improvement in my clothes has been amazing.
