As stated in some comments, the top does scratch very easily. I had it one day and there was already a small scratch on top. I had to put a mat on top to prevent that further. That really is my only issue with it.

The unit did not have a fourth stand, but the man who set it up gave us a number to call. It also had a small scuff on the side. He told us to call the number and we did. They sent us a replacement and a 100 gift card for the damage. The unit itself works wonderfully. I was weary of buying it because of the reviews, but I’m glad I did! It has so many functions that are very helpful! I love it and wouldn’t trade them!

Installed without difficulty. The first time looking at the display and wondering how to operate it made me nervous since this is in a vacation rental and the black display unnerved my old brain, Turned out to be simple but I was nervous at first that it might be to high tech The price wasgood compared to other models.
