Loud but still a great buy!

Paired with the matching dryer, I can get laundry done in an hour which is half the time of my 15 year old washer/dryer. There are many settings to choose from which I appreciate, but speed wash is my default.

Worst purchase ever

You can literally hear it when you’re outside and it sounds like someone is doing construction in the house. Do not recommend. I’ve only had this thing for 3 months and Best Buy wants me to pay to diagnose/repair it. I don’t want to pay to repair a 3 month old machine. Huge rip off.

Although it does it’s job, I’m wondering if it’s All plastic parts will make it through even 7 years. By the looks of the flimsy latches on the door….I guess time will tell. Oh paid $400 more!
