I truly love the washer and dryer and recommend the Samsung brand.

Within two years of purchase, one of the heavy counterweights that balance the drum literally BROKE IN HALF. Repair cost to fix would have been 125% of the purchase price. Steer clear.

Thumb dent, not cool

My wife isnt happy. Thats pretty thin if my thumb can dent it. Other than that, its a wash machine that better work for 10 years.

There was a crack in the internal frame that cascaded into several issues until it began leaking. I'll give samsung credit for the attempts but it took 3 visits going into a fourth of various techs and parts ordered before i had to give up and finally ask for a refund from them. I had to go 3 months without a washer not to mention ceiling damage done to the floor below and a few hundred dollars spent going to the laundromat but all i got from samsung was the option for another replacement or refund from best buy.

The clothes come out cleaner and almost dry which reduces the drying time.
