And their customer service ranks with their product. Buyers beware if you are thinking buying a Samsung appliance STAY AWAY!!!!! I have now been without a washing machine for over 2 weeks. Try not being able to wash clothes for a family and see what you think, and then get the run around from Samsung. Right now I am sitting on a non-working washing machine, and a dryer that is made to work with the washing machine. I may or may not get both replaced, and if both are not replaced then I no longer have a dryer because it is designed to be operated from the washing machine control panel, due to the controls are located at the tops of the machines and you can't reach the dryer controls it is a must to use the control on the washer to operate the dryer. I hope this keeps people from making the same mistake I did.
